I called Hotels.com and made ONE reservation for two suites. I had to use my credit card 3 times just to check in. Two days later they called me at home as they had only charged me for one room and yet they gave us two room keys. I had a friends name added to the reservation as he would be there first and could get into a room while he waited for everyone […] else. He was not allowed to get a room key as they couldn't find the information. We were also not informed of getting a parking pass for our stay and received a $35 parking ticket which I had to appeal online the next day. Very convenient location, at Mowhock College. Lots of room for a family or 4. Just like residence with a kitchen, refridge, table chairs and sink; the 2 bedrooms with a double in each plus a desk and TV. No ice machine or utin sels or plates to use. A phone is available and a light breakfast is available..

I was pleased with the residence. It was close to our business venue (Ancaster), it was good for what we needed. Very cleanly and spacious. The beds were pretty stiff so woke up with a sore neck and shoulders. It must have been just as school had gotten out because the "continential breakfast" was slim pickens. First of all your charges for the room were more than the Mohawk College were by about $10:00. The beds were not comfortable. The breakfast was terrible didn't have much to choose from I know this is a college but still I can't believe that students could sleep in those beds and the food is not nutrition enough I would not stay there again it would […] be better to get a nice hotel where they have a nice breakfast. Main desk staff were not personable, mumbled and didn't even make eye contact. We found them quite rude for individuals in a Customer Service job. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom and you could tell someone had previously stuck posters to the wall in the kitchen because there was sticky marks on it.

Two bedrooms meant two TV's but neither remote worked, one didn't even have a back on the battery compartment or batteries. Lumpy low matresses that were very uncomfortable and the bedspread on one bed smelled like feces. Internet was wired...C'mon this is 2012 and couldn't get a fast enough connection to bring up IE. It was ok for a one night thing. The beds are uncomfortable and the cleaning is not up to par. You get what you paid for.

you get what you paid for. the best thing was the space: 2 seperate rooms, a small kitchen and a bathroom. somehow the whole apartment was a bit smelly and the drawers dirty. remote comtroll was missing, in the other room broken, wifi not working either. Breakfast was good.

Exactly what I expected. Great for sharing with someone because you have two separate bedrooms rather than just separate beds.

Not bad for the cost, which includes breakfast. It's clean, provides all necessities, and the staff are helpful if you need anything additional. It was a little confusing to figure out where to catch the bus to get to the place, but it stops right outside the residence. We were invited to a wedding in Hamilton and had no idea where to stay. We contacted hotels.com and asked for the location close to where we were going. The room was great and more than satisfied our needs. Would gladly stay there again and for sure would recommend it to any one we know. Great choice.

This is a college dorm not a hotel. Bare rooms, congete walls, old thin mattresses. Breakfast included means sparse continental beakfast. Moved to the Admiral Inn second day, less money , big , clean, comfortable, well aponted rooms
