Residhome Toulouse Tolosa - Tulūza

I thought that this might be a good place to acclimatize after landing in France. Not so great. Bathroom had barely been cleaned, smokey ambiance all night roped off by doors slamming at all hours. This place was cheap and the breakfast was ok. Nearby shopping was handy as my luggage was missing.

Convenient, easy to find. Helpful reception staff. A little pack of coffee/tea bags and creamer would have been nice. Overall very content.

When I booked, other available rooms in Toulouse were 3 times more expensive. In that sense, it was worth the savings. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. But it's pretty far from the metro (I found it to be a 20-25 minute walk to Patte d'Oie), and while there are buses, they don't run very frequently and they don't run past 21:30 or so. I never […] saw a taxi on Avenue de Grande Bretagne between the metro and the hotel. The room was clean and big, but kind of spartan, and no one cleaned my room during the entire time I was there. Only stayed one night but was comfortable. Breakfast was extra 10euros with plenty of choice.

The apartment was spacious for a studio and although the bed was a sofa bed, this was extremely comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained and when a small issue came up with maintenance, this was dealt with immediately and in a professional manner. This is the second time that we have stayed at this hotel, as a stopover en route to Spain. It is easy to find, local to most things & extremely good value for money. Staff are very pleasant & speak good English. Parking is also easy. We will definitely use this hotel again.

Excellent, and will highly recommend Residhome to any freinds and family. Would not hesitateto book in Residhome again. As a matter of fact we would absolutly look for Residhome in any city we visit.

Hotel was new and clean. The facilities were good. Internet didn't work which was frustrating and front desk couldn't do much about it. May need to have a simple system to provide Internet access. The hotel itself was very clean, and nice for the price. Kitchenette is a nice addition. As well, the location isn't in the city centre, but only a short commute by city transit. Hotel staff generally poor. I was forced to pay for breakfast twice because they failed to record when I paid the first time, and were very combative about the issue when I […] told them this when they tried to make me pay the second time. A basic hotel, but clean and well presented. Close to the airport and a free collection service, so worked well - they really looked for me at teh airport also!. Not much in the area, except a boulangerie, and a decent bar next door.

The room is nice and clean, and kitchen is very useful for the person on a business trip! The special one thing is the big window can provide lot of natural light and breezes. =)

Apartment have all the basic needs, clean, well maintained. A grocery store closer by would be nice. Continental Breakfast cost 8 euros and it is probably worth it because to get out for breakfast is not so convenient, not a very centralized location and nearest food is 2 blocks away.

Excellent room - Included stove and refrigerator. Very clean. Great location. Very Important! - Underground parking (fee). Very courteous and understanding employees (we don't speak French). Good Breakfast (fee). There is no daily replacement of towels or soaps. Daily cleaning for fee. Our only concern was that the room was hot, and we could not control […] the air conditioning. Good clean hotel with friendly staff.

bed was sofa bed, even requested sleeping bed already, and hotel can NOT change at all. Toilet smells stink, looks clean but smells bad. Reception lady was not friendly enough when I have bed problems, she tried to change my room, she tried, but not a very friendly way.

L'hôtel est dans un quartier périphérique de Toulouse, proche de la rocade et de l'aéroport, mais sans réelle nuisance sonore ( notre chambre était orientée à l'opposé de la rue passante ). Nous avions une voiture qui est restée dans le parking de l'hôtel, et avons fait le choix d'utiliser les transports en commun, soit un temps de trajet avec le centre-ville […] d'environ 25 minutes. Au final, cet hôtel s'est avéré un bon compromis et un bon rapport qualité-prix. Le service petit-déjeuner avec des produits gastronomiques locaux ( dans le cadre d'un mois promotionnel ) a été particulièrement apprécié. Ne pas oublier que s'agissant d'une résidence hôtelière, le service de ménage de la chambre n'est pas automatiquement fait d'un jour sur l'autre, en cas de séjour de deux nuits et plus. Accès parfois difficile (avril 2013) à cause de l'engorgement de la rocade consécutif aux travaux du tramway… à part cela, très bien.

Très bon accueil, chambre + salle de bains agréables et propres,maintenance malheureusement incomplète (planche étagère meuble sous lavabo inutilisable, grandes portes placard entrée hors d'usage, lampe chevet gauche HS).
