Everything was good. Only thing they could have improved on is the bar closes at 10:00PM. I would have preferred it stay open a little later.

Very nice hotel. Pool is small but adequate. Ditto for the fitness center. However, the ftness center was next to the pool and had a big window looking into the pool which allowed me to work out and watch my kids while they played in the pool. The hotel has a nice business center and is well decorated. Note that the breakfast is not included in the […] price of the room like it is with many other comparabe hotels. hotel was very nice and staff was very friendly with getting me information, and getting a shuttle van to a concert at the mohegan sun arena.

It was within walking distance to Mohegan Sun Arena, which is where the AHL team plays. It's also in the same parking lot as a Starbucks, a Walmart, and several other restaurants. The hotel itself was also really nice. Exactly what I expected for the price.

I made the reservation last minute, as I had originally made a reservation at a hotel nearby which was less expensive. I typically stay at HGIs, and thought, 'hey this other hotel can't be that bad, and besides, I'll save money!' I realized I was wrong when I entered my room at the other hotel, and was reminded that we get what we pay for. I left, then […] went to the HGI. This HGI is clean, staff are friendly and helpful, and rooms are comfortable. I felt safe, and really appreciated the attention staff gave to me and my 18 month old daughter. We were traveling alone for the first time, and the extra care meant a lot. The breakfast was delicious, as usual, and I left the following morning ready to tackle the day. Stay was excellent, my wife and i really enjoyed our visit to the Mohegan Sun Casino. also the buffet breakfast at the hotel the next morning was very good .

The room was really nice. The bed was ahhh-mazing!! Perfect location to Mohegan Sun Arena, which is why we were in the area. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Staff was very friendly, tho I didn't really require much. We would've appreciated a bit more to the fitness center, however.

At check in, services and amenities were never explained. Better training could have avoided this. Our stay was only overnight but the room spacious and clean. Check in at 3p and left at 7:30a the next morning without experiencing any hotel amenities.

Love the adjustable bed settings. Pool area was too hot & chemicals too high. Need better ventilation in pool area. Everything else was great.

We stayed there for one night. The hotel surrounding was great! But the hotel itself is not very impressive. The room is very tiny and the beds are not that comfortable. I wish they also had hand shower in the bath tub. It is alright but for the price that we pay not worth it.

I stay regularly at this hotel because of good service. The only thing I don't like is the mattress system, but nobody is perfect. This time, I left my cellphone charger in the room when I checkout. They recovered it and returned it to me. I really appreciated that.

Disappointing that not even a roll/bagle for complimental brkfast but happy to see coffee was offered. The 2nd day the bed was made but no trash removed and used towels/ washcloths were not picked up. No new wash cloths or bathroom paper were put into the room the 2nd day. My only complaints are that the hotel bar is only open until 10 pm on a Friday and its impossible to figure out how to set the clock in the rooms.

I am a big fan of Hilton, and I refuse to stay at any other chain. While this hotel does not stand up to many of the other Hiltons of which I have experienced, I must say it was still a decent stay. You WILL NOT get the typical WOW factor or the extra mile Hilton provides, but you will be comfortably pleased. [Notable Positives] It was conveniently […] located to all necessities (shopping, food, entertainment, major highway, etc). The staff was also somewhat knowledgeable of the surrounding area and made good recommendations. Room setup while small was still functional. [Notable Negatives] There was hair in my tub! I had prepaid for a non-smoking room for 2 nights. Traveled all day from San Francisco, arrived to be informed at the front desk that all non-smoking rooms were taken! They said they ran an "ionizer" (whatever that is) in the room so it should be ok. Have you ever stayed in a hotel smoking room? There was no way I could stay in that ashtray. So there […] I was in Wilkes-Barre, U of Scranton graduation weekend, all hotels sold out and no place for me to stay. Then the desk attendant tells me that the booking for a non-smoking room was on an "as available" basis. Translate: don't expect a refund because of the fine print. Ultimately expedia and the hotel did give me a refund for one of the two nights, but that's small consolation for the inconvenience of sleeping in the rental car. Skaityti daugiau

The showerhead was some ancient vibrating thing and the tub didn't drain properly. Otherwise, very clean ad up to date. The area is strip mall city but it is what it is!

We came to check in at 8pm, had this room reserved for weeks, and was told that there was not a clean room for us. So we had to wait approx. 30 minutes for them to clean the room. They gave the four of us free breakfast for the next morning. It was fine, just a little annoying, didn't understand how there wasn't a room ready for us. The location of the hotel suited our needs very well. At first glance teh hotel was very clean and the staff very efficient and friendly. The rooms however were a disappoinment. We confirmed we had non-smoking rooms but when we got to our rooms they were certainly smoking rooms even though they were identified non-smoking rooms.

Nice, friendly hotel. Stayed there for two nights on two different occasions. Convenient location to get to the mall, restaurants, and Mohegan Sun. Walking distance to a Starbucks which is a plus. The only issue we had was our toilet running and we had to jiggle the handle. Otherwise i would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was excellent, we stayed there to see a show at the Mohegan Sun Arena which was within walking distance. Very clean, with a small lounge and breakfast area. Our only issue was that we were supposed to have an adjoining room with two queen beds. This was a last minute trip for a family funeral and most the hotels in the area seemed to be booked. The price here seemed a little high for the area, but once we checked in and realized how nice the hotel is, plus the room comes with a refrigerator and microwave, it was well worth it! My husband and I came in from the Philly area to see a WBS Penguins hockey game. This hotel was perfect bexlcause the arena was right across the street. Plus it was conveniently located near several places to eat, including the mall.

This is a nice hotel. The hotel is well maintained and I found the staff to be really helpful. I was so happy to see a lot of restaurant options all in walking distance. What was really nice for me was the Japanese Steak House/Sushi bar next door. I wasn't really expecting to find this in Wilkes Barre. This is a nice hotel. After an all day hike it was nice to come back to a very comfortable bed. This hotel is conveniently located off I81 with a number of places to shop and eat within walking distance. We will come back again.
