My basement room had a loud clicking sound coming from somewhere in the ceiling over bathroom. Every second or so with occasional pauses. Finally called front desk at 12:30 and they said they were full, but after coming down to hear noise, he found an available "deluxe" room on an upper floor where I was able to dose between takoffs and landings.

This hotel is adequate when needing to stay near the airport. The hotel is located about a three minute drive and 10 minute walk from the airport. The rooms are adequate but nothing more. The hotel is quiet and the staff are helpful. The breakfast available in the morning is above average.
After a challenging 36 hour journey we arrived exhausted. To our delight, the shuttle was prompt, the check in was friendly and most helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. After a rest, we walked to the airport (10 minutes) and caught a train into Hamburg, did some sightseeing and shopping and returned. Despite its closeness to the airport, […] it is a quiet location with only some low traffic noise from the nearby freeways. Eigentlich ein sehr gutes und auch preisgünstiges Hotel als Sprungbrett zum Flughafen. Zum Thema "Romantischer Kurzurlaub" : Schade, dass die Betten auseinander driften.

freundliches personal. zimmer konnte schon um 09.30 uhr bezogen werden. weckdienst und flughafentransfer klappte bestens. neu renoviertes badezimmer. preis / leistung perfekt!

I følge mine papirer fra Hotels.com skulle morgenmad være inkluderet.... det måtte jeg alligevel betale 10,50 Euro for efterfølgende.... ikke tilfredsstillende. jeg boede på værelse 25, desværre ligger det tæt på et teknikrum hvilket høres.... "Lufthavnshotel tæt ved Hamburg lufthavn"
Vi har overnattet på Leonardo Ariport Hotel ifm en flytning ud af Hamburg. Værelset var pænt og rummeligt. Personalet var venlige og kunne give præcis info om resteauranet tæt ved hotellet. Eneste problem var at parkering på hotelområdet ikke var muligt pga mange biler.
