The door to the bathroom did not close properly, and the water kept running in the commode. As a family of "6" our room was not a true suite making our rate high, not a good deal. We were compensated by the staff with 6 EXPIRED coupons for Waffle House.

I booked my stay based on some of the other reviews and I agree with the reviews I read. I was in the area for a seminar at TCU and this hotel was close enough to make a morning commute to campus in 15 minutes when there is little traffic on I-35. But I did get caught in construction the second morning and it took me closer to 30 minutes to get to the […] campus. The hotel bed was very comfortable. I could hear the interstate though . But my ac unit was on during the night which pretty much blocked out all of the noise from the cars, etc so I was able to get a good night's sleep. They had plenty of coffee in the morning and a couple of hot items and the waffle maker for breakfast. I would stay here again if I ever have to go back to TCU for something. Skaityti daugiau

This hotel is clean, attractive, & new and the room was very nice. We enjoyed the nicer finishes and the firm but comfortable bed. The staff was exceptional, particularly the manager. One soda machine wouldn't take my money and another was out of my drink but the manager handed me a can and a cup of ice so I wouldn't have to go without. Got up late […] the first morning and the cleaning staff forgot to come back and clean our room, but made up for it with fresh towels early the next morning and taking our hint not to put the heavy comforter back on the bed. The continental breakfast was basic but the food was fresh and tasted good. Our only negative impression was the neighborhood nearby. We stopped at a fast food restaurant not far from the hotel and we accosted, at our table no less, by a beggar. Neighborhood was a BIG turn off. Skaityti daugiau

I had a great stay. My door hardware on my room had some issues latching when I closed it. Other than that, the rooms, the staff and the location were excellent!

This place is much better than its neighborhood. It's new and clean. It has an indoor pool, hot tub, and hot breakfast. The rooms are very pleasant. The service was nice.

Very friendly staff, very comfortable and easy to access. Breakfast was varied each day and very good. They even had "to go" sack breakfasts if you were in a hurry. The evening reception was an added perk. It was also fairly close (a few miles but easy access) to every kind of restaurant you could want, as well as shopping.

Excellent. Everything I expected. Quiet, clean, and a nice staff. Only complaint would be the area of town they're in ! Ha ! They can't help that. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This hotel was a great place to rest your head. It was very clean and the lobby was very inviting. The morning breakfast was well put together and was clean. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Hotel was nice and clean.Staff very friendly.. ..Neighborhood probably not the best but not the worst.. noticed several security cameras in parking lot plus most parking is right in front of the hotel entrance so that made us feel at ease. Would probably stay here again.

The hotel was nice and pretty clean except for in the rooms you should wear your shoes at all times! We walked around in our socks and within a few minutes our socks were black! The location was not in a good part of town and 2 other old low budget hotels were by the hotel. Two nights in a row there were people drinking 24 pack of beer outside. We did […] not feel safe outside especially since we have a small child. The front desk workers were nice and pleasant. The first day we stayed the pool was closed and that was a big upset to our child. The quality of the towels alone rates a 5. Nicest hotel towels I've never had other than the Four Seasons in San Francisco. Very clean & updated rooms & lobby. Friendly staff. Extremely friendly and helpful management and staff. The only drawback is ease of access. If you are traveling east on I-20, there is no exit. You must exit after the hotel and find your way back through the neighborhood. But the good news is that the hotel is worth finding.

New hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. Quick and courteous services. The neighborhood is low income and you have to drive 5 miles to nice shopping and restaurants, but then if this hotel was in that nice area it would be twice the price.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Clean room with a good breakfast, and the hotel is in a convenient location. Great night’s sleep in a pleasant atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Free wifi and convenient area to work.

Loved the stay. Quiet, clean and I have stayed there the last 3 times I have had meetings in Ft Worth and Dallas. I am going to stay there again on Monday and Tuesday of the upcoming week.
