Very nice stay, great staff, attentive and accommodating. Great breakfast. The only thing I would change is the hours of the hot tub. It closed at 8:30 which is the earliest I have ever seen in my travels for many years. Sometimes you get off the road at 8 and want to relax before retiring. Ruby's has been in Missoula forever, it's a little run down, but the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, especially for the price The staff is pleasant and quite helpful. We would stay at Ruby's again

This is a great little hotel. The room was very clean and the beds great. Our window overlooked a stream so we didn't even feel like we were in town. The hot breakfast was good, always a bonus. I felt this room was very reasonable and will stay here again.

We stayed overnight on our way out to Seattle, and found the cleanliness and service of the hotel to be excellent. I liked how they left personal notes on the beds stating that the duvets and bed covers had been cleaned prior to our arrival--considering how few hotels actually wash their comforters. Only needed a place to sleep for the night. My wife recommended it on her previous trips. If you stay, you have to check out the creek running through the complex, very relaxing.

An older facility, but very well maintained. The only down side, some loud partying outside the building located across the parking lot. Two great upsides, the staff is the friendliest and most efficient I've come across in some time and the breakfast selection far exceeds the normal fare.

Ruby's is a nice place to stay in Missoula. It is an older property, but has been v3ery maintained and updated. The staff is always very friendly and accomodating. I've stayed here several times.

Right by a creek. Nice picnic area. Lots of grass and open areas for pets - very pet friendly people. We usually stay at Ruby's when visiting in Missoula, perhaps 4 times per year and are not disappointed. The guest rooms and common areas are very clean. The breakfast is generous. We bring our own pillows though, as theirs are pretty hard and flat.

After a 10 hour drive, it was nice to relax in a decent room. I appreciate the service I received and would definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed in much better and much worse. Other reviews are spot on with the service- the staff is great. The room is a bit dated, but adequate. If I was staying for more than a night or two, this wouldn't be my choice.

Great place to stay. I can see why reviews may be a little higher in the summer with the creek out back with a nice picnic area. We were a little bummed that the spa closes early because it it placed next to a room (Not to keep the guests up) and the furniture in the rooms could use a little updating. Loved this little place- very clean- staff wrote little notes to you!Nothing fancy but a great nights sleep- some rooms or more updated than others so ask for an updated room!! Pub down the road is a great place for dinner!

Ruby's Inn was a cheap but clean hotel. I liked the comfort of my small room. The carpets old and the bathrooms a bit outdated but everything was extremely clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I am a Hilton kind of girl and for a cheap place this is not bad at all. This is an older hotel, but is in pretty darn good shape. The rooms are quite and comfy. Older style but clean. They have a great breakfast in the morning. Eggs, potatoes, sausage, french toast, hot cereal, fruit, biscuits and gravy. What a nice surprise that was for us and it comes with the room! We will stay here again!

The motel is well located, has a very good free breakfast, and night snacks. Rooms were fairly clean and had very nice beds. Staff was very good and really enjoyed the stay. Def return here next time in Missoula.

Best hotel experience I've ever had. Not because of the room or the hotel itself, both of which are rather old and need some updating, but because of the OUTSTANDING service and attitute of the staff. This began with a midnight shuttle pickup at the airport by a driver who didn't seem to think it was the least bit of an problem to be picking someone […] up at midnight...a bright, cheery person. The next day I had a business appointment downtown and the hotel had their shuttle take me to the appointment and pick me up. The driver even came into the building with me to check the office directory to be sure I was in the right place before he left, then he refused to take a tip! Hotel had hot soup and popcorn available all night long in the dining area. Great grounds with a stream running behind the property. Just a great experience. We enjoyed our stay overall. The room was basic but very clean and well kept. staff was very friendly and outgoing. Location was very convenient to get to all kinds of places to eat and shop. We did have some hiccups though. We booked two nights but received a call after the 1st night that we only had a reservation for one night. We showed the confirmation […] info to the front desk and they quickly resolved the situation with no problems. The free breakfast wasn't edible. Everything was dried out, overcooked or tasted powdered. Ended up only being able to consume the juice. We have stayed here a few times while visiting Missoula. The rates are great and a full buffet breakfast is included. They even have soup and popcorn in the afternoon. The rooms are very clean and the service is great too.

At first I was not sure about the room. It was just not what I was used to, but then I found it to be very comfortable and extremely clean! The outdoor pool was a little chilly, but it is November in Montana and I absolutely loved it:) The breakfast in the morning was fabulous! Great people and great stay! An excellent value - nice hotel, warm happy staff, hot breakfast with the lightest biscuits and gravy ever, seconds from I-90 and The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, and Grant Creek in the back yard. I felt at home.

We stayed 1 night at Ruby's Inn in Missoula, and found it to be just what the reviews have said. It was clean, sort of old style furnishing, a very good bed, good breakfast with lots of choices. Will stay there again when travelling to North Dakota.
