just ok to stay if you are not able to get room on other hotels, the condition of this hotel is not good, this hotel needs a renovation, but the location is great and the view is very good.

I booked it for 2 nights, but had to checkout after one night. I was embarrased because my whole family was with me.

its far from the beach, cant walk anywhere must take a taxi... very dirty.. room has cockroaches and ants.. Tv doesnt work.. can find much better, cleaner hotels and closer to the beach..

The hotel provided exactly what I was looking for, at an attractive price. Breakfast was a little pricey (by Malaysian standards) but the room was very nice. There were only two things I didn't like: 1) since Malaysia is a Muslim country, a number of Mosques play the prayers out over loudspeakers at all 5 (I think) prayer times. There's a mosque right […] next to the hotel so I was woken up quite early a couple of times. And 2) Since Malaysia has a tropical climate, there are bugs everywhere, this includes (very) small bugs in my hotel room. The hotel staff were super, and respectful, entrance very quaint, but upkeep of corridors to rooms could be improved. Plumbing in my room was awful, but it was cleaned well and it was private. The Hotel is very near to the Kuah Jetty. The receptionist is friendly. Like the locations which is very near to the Masjid which give us a very peaceful morning experience. But the swimming pools is not so attractive. The Hotel should improve the TV channel. The breakfast also should be tastier next time. Thank you.

The breakfast was absolutely awful! Staff are very friendly and polite. the location is not convenient at all. it is close to the boring town of Kuah and the tacky Eagle Square. The beauty of Langkawi is the beaches and this one is considerably far away from them.

Stayed 3 nights in the hotel. After the initial problem of the staff not being able to confirm the booking, I had to log on to hotels.com to show that I had actually paid in full and to confirm the booking, all went well. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. they even allowed me to check out at 6.00 pm for an extra MYR50 most helpful. One complaint […] the breakfast is not to the western taste, cold beans, no fried eggs etc. Yuk!! However plenty of toast and tea available. The hotel is generally in need of an upgrade as it is generally worn out. But for the price, it really is ok. For travel, hire a car, or book a taxi on a daily basis for MYR100 a day to get about. As taxis are generally expensive for short trips. The hotel is in easy walking distance of Eagle Square and duty free shopping, if you can stand the heat. The hotel had some very bad reviews online but was the only one available when I was doing my booking for this trip. The place was good, had a nice mall near by and was not extremely far from the beaches that one must visit in Langkawi. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the internet (paid) in the lobby was very good and the breakfast spread […] had a lot of local food but enough choices for vegetarians also. We booked for sevendays, sleept two.. One thing that was really bad was that you had to pay 10 Rm for use internet wifi but it only works down in the lobby.
