Service was good at the Mumbai Marriott Courtyard, starting with the pre-arranged airport pickup. The hotel has a good breakfast selection, fitness center and pool, and the lunch and dinner buffet in the same location were not overpriced. THE HOTEL STAFF GREETED US VERY WELL. EXCELLENT SERVICE WAS SERVED 24X7. THE CHECKIN PROCESS ALSO WAS DONE VERY QUICK. ROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN AND GOOD INTERIORS.

Just a stopover and a pretty scary taxi ride to the hotel from the airport. Drove us through a slum area as a shortcut I think and did not speak at all. Hotel fantastic and a lovely comfortable bed. Breakfast very good and staff excellent.

Great hotel, especially happy hour between 6pm and 9pm, which includes snacks so really cannot complain. The only drawback is the breakfast. Everything about breakfast is fine except their coffee, its not really up to scratch. But that is a minor point compared to all the positives.

They provide free pick up from Airport and that's only reason I choose this hotel. I requested in advance for pick up and nobody showed up to pick me up. I had to wait for 30 mins and called several times to the Hotel

Whilst this hotel is not in the tourist part of town (the South by the Gateway of India) it is an oasis of calm in what can be a overwhelmingly manic city. The immediate area is very near the airport (and the slums), the hotel stands behind a large security gate and all visitors are screened before entering- if you are coming and going a lot this may […] become a bit tiresome. The rooms themselves are of a very high standard- we had a twin (two queen sized beds) with a pool view. The room was well equipped with a safe, large telly, mini bar all you would expect really. There are two restaurants on site and one coffee bar that does sandwiches, all are expensive for the city but not for the equivalent hotel standard. There is also the option to pay 1000Rps+ and have the buffet option with made to order meals. Breakfast is amazing and food is made to order as well as pre-prepared dishes. The pool is a decent size, and whilst there are not that many beds due to this being a business hotel this was not a problem during the week. I would definitely stay here again if I was in town. Our stay in this hotel has been wrought with many problems with a very arrogant and rude staff. Stayed for two nights on Sep. 16 and 17, 2011. Had booked through Expedia. Check in was a breeze. Luggage was brought up to my room within five minutes. Room was spacious with two full size beds, two comfortable couches and a long desk. Bathroom was nice size and both room and bathroom were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is very close to Int'l […] Airport which is very convenient for catching early flights and to eliminate chance of getting stuck in traffic when coming from southern part of Mumbai. Hotel is newly built and has modern look and facilities. Did not get the chance to eat in the in house restaurant - Red Zen is the name I think. So can not comment on food and service quality. In comparison with many other of the 4/5 Star hotels in the area near Mumbai airport this hotel compares very favourably. It is modern, the staff are very professional and ameniable and it is light and airy. The rooms are not huge but for business they are fine. decent accommodation for the price.front desk staff were not trained enough to handle work load,as you expect in mumbai the location was not on a huge quite area,it is built in the most crowded and commercial area,which fades away once you are in the comfort of your room.

This is a new hotel and is going through some growing pains as far as service. For Premium Marriott business travelers, this is a good hotel to conduct business in the Executive lounge. I am most disappointed by the internet access and the technical staff but once they got it figured out, it worked fine.

ムンバイ近郊の5Startホテルはかなり傲慢で従業員もツンツンとしている印象が高かったが、４Startと銘打たれているこのホテルは別格である。新しい事に加え、各部署で働く従業員の質と教育水準が高い。客をもてなそうとする心や行動が随所に見受けられ、Marriottグループのホテルである。インドでは珍しい事で、もし部屋にバスタブがあれば５Starになる事は間違えない。館内にオリエンタル風のレストランがあることも嬉しい。又長い滞在でレストランで食事を取りたくない場合や簡単に食事を済ませたい場合は１Fにサンドイッチなどの軽食を売っているコーナーもある。価格的にも大変に親切であり、是非お薦めしたいホテルである。
