I cannot praise this hotel highly enough. It is a historic building with loads of character which has recently been refurbished and become part of the... Best Western family. My room looked and felt as if I was the first person who had stayed in it - it had been decorated to a really high, modern standard and was immaculately clean. As it is an old building there is no lift, and my second-floor room was reached via a winding staircase that wouldn't be suitable for all - if you have a large suitcase it would be wise to accept the hotel's offer of help with your luggage. The young guy on the reception desk was one of several members of staff I spoke to during my stay, and all were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel has a comfortable 24-hour bar and room service, and breakfast was served in the ground floor restaurant, which still contains original exposed beams. There was a great choice available at breakfast - continental style bread, cold meats and cheese; a wide selection of fruit; cereal, toast and the traditional full English, which I had. I stayed at Best Western Naseby because it was less than half the price of the nearby hotel where I was attending a conference, but I can't imagine that the facilities there would have have been worth the extra cost. I have stayed at several Best Western hotels, both in this country and abroad, but this is easily the best Best Western I have visited - I would definitely stay here again! pateikė Sam iš London, UK ( 2013-03-02)
