I made my reservation the night before my arrival and was staying 2 nights. I arrived from a USA flight at 11pm and was super tired and had to get up early for a trade show. I selected the NH Kensington Hotel because i specifically needed to be close to the show center. Instead I arrive at the hotel to find out that they have overbooked the hotel and […] are now going to move me to a different hotel 15 minutes away in the WRONG DIRECTION from where i needed to be. Definitly not a 4 star. More like a 3 star. Internet forget about it. I was here for 10 days and could not wait to leave. There was a foul smell next to my room because of a water leak and i had to sleep with my window open and my purfume sprayed on my pillow. I did not realize what it was till I saw the fans and the how they were trying to fix the […] situation which was basically air drying the carpet and pushing the smell around with a fan. And then they had the nerve to tell me because I did not complain sooner that they could not do anything for me. I did not say anything because I was all but moved in with 10 days worth of stuff and tried to get on with getting on as I was there for business and had a lot of work to do which i could not do at the hotel because of the poor internet. We chose this hotel because it offered a very reasonable rate compared to others in the same category. Access is easy from the centre of London, only a few stops underground from Piccadilly without changing. A few minutes on foot to the hotel from there. The hotel is no frills, room nice and clean, bed comfortable, tea/coffee maker in the room and a […] hot shower. We did not try the hotel breakfast as we were in and out at irregular times. The staff was extremely helpful and we could store our luggage in a locked room after checkout. The hotel has recently been refurbished and is nice and straight forward. We stayed for three nights and enjoyed our stay there. We had our room reservation without breakfast from hotel.com. We did not take breakfast there as we thought 18 pound for non reserved breakfast was very expensive when you can get much cheaper offers in the cafes/restaurants around there. We wished also that the free wifi offered in the room too […] like some of other hotels. Overall is a good hotel and good location with Tesco and Sainsbury a walking distance. As hotels go in London this is one of the best values we have found. It is a good, modern hotel, well maintained and with warm and service councious staff. Rooms are clean, modern and well maintained. Location is excellent for this price range, close to a tube station and a relatively short tube ride from most London attractions. Great Hotel, only let down by 2 things - personal preference bed too hard. And Wifi was chargable. Apart from that Great Hotel clean, tidy, friendly staff and Great location.

location great and safe. front desk very nice. Beds were SUPER HARD-even for European standards! Great value and a good location. 10 minute walk from earls court tube station and 20 from gloucester road. we were not expecting much from the hotel just usual stuff however it surprised us by being a lot more than standard. Rooms and general decor were good and staff excellent!

Es muy relevante la profesionalidad y la excelencia de todo el personal muy especialmente el español . La resolucion inmediata de los problemas que tuvimos con el correspondiente control de calidad de la solución con la presencia por parte del responsable general que también es español.

Très bien situé (on va partout dans Londres en 30mn maxi) avec une station de métro à 300m (Earls Court) et un arrêt de bus devant l'hôtel, l'hôtel est très propre et confortable. La rue qui mène à la station d'Earls Court offre un grand choix de restaurants et on se sent en sécurité dans ce quartier. La veranda et le jardin sont agréables; dommage […] cependant de ne pas servir le petit déjeuner dans le jardin quand le temps le permet. Le personnel de réception et d'étage est charmant et très professionnel; ce qui n'est pas le cas du personnel en charge du petit-déjeuner, gentil certes, mais assez incompétent ou pas assez formé à la restauration (approximations dans le service - beurre pas tenu au frais donc "liquide", buffet mal approvisionné, etc. - parle mal anglais). Connexion Wifi gratuit au niveau du lobby mais payant en chambre. Préréfer une chambre donnant sur le jardin car côté rue, le trafic est assez bruyant malgré un triple vitrage. Les chambres sont assez spacieuses (environ 20m2), bien agencées. La literie est bonne mais pourrait être plus confortable. Nous avons bénéficé d'une offre très compétitive intégrant le petit-déjeuner pour un couple; en résumé, un excellent rapport-qualité prix sur Londres. Skaityti daugiau

Das Hotel ist für einen Städtetrip super geeignet, die Underground Stadtion " Earls Court" ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Mit der Underground ist man umgehend im Stadtzentrum. Das Hotel bietet eine super Anbindung an den Flughafen und auch zum " Chelsea" stadium. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und das Hotel sehr sauber.

最寄りの地下鉄駅（Earl's Court）からやや距離がある（徒歩で約５分ほど）ものの、ホテルの目の前や交差点付近にバス停が有り、Oxford Street やVictoria駅周辺へのアクセスに便利。地下鉄駅周辺には多数の飲食店や食品スーパーがあり、一通りのものはここで揃う。Earl's Court駅は完全バリアフリー化されており、空港からのアクセス時に階段で荷物に煩わされることがないのが大きな利点。部屋は最初に宿泊した２F（イギリス式の１F）の中庭側の方が、２度目に宿泊した５Fの道路側の部屋よりもずっと広く感じられた。ベッドの大きさと２Fの方が天井高があるせいか。中庭側の部屋は基本的にQueen'sで道路側がKing'sだという。週末であれば道路側の騒音（いちおう二重窓にはなっている） […] はそれほど気にならないが、平日であれば中庭側の方が無難かもしれない。ロンドン市内のホテルにしては大きめのバスタブもある。朝食ビュッフェはイギリス式とコンチネンタルの両方から選べる。過剰なサービスは無いものの最低限のものは揃っている。室内のWi-Fi接続は有料だがLAN接続は無料。ホテルのスタッフにはスペイン系が多くフレンドリーな印象。 Skaityti daugiau

Det är svårt att hitta bra standard på hotell i London och en 4-a i London går inte att jämföra med en 4-a i Sverige. NH Kensington har trevlig och serviceminded personal. Läget är mycket bra. Internet är gratis i lobbyn och tyvärr ganska långsamt. Rummen ok. Skön säng. Rent. Ha inga högre förväntningar på frukosten. Sehr schönes Hotel, freundlicher Service, idealer Standort zum Flughafen und in die City. Einzig die teuren Gebühren für das WLAN sind schade.

Se nota cierta decadencia en el desayuno. No entiendo cómo NH sigue comentiendo el error de cobrar el WIFI. Yo na no voy a ir a ningún hotel que me quiera cobrar este servicio.

Dette er først og fremst et forretningshotell, og det er nok de kundene de ansatte liker aller best. Men dette er god valuta for pengene i London. Hotellet er veldig fint og fresht - har til og med en hage - og dette er så rent og pent at du kan spise av gulvet. Det er derimot synd at betjeningen er såpass kjølige, særlig med tanke på at resten av servicen […] i London er så bra! Men ille var det ikke, og du vil trives her. Anbefaler særlig busslinje 74 - som har holdeplass rett utenfor hotellet og som går rett til Harrods, Hyde Park og Oxford Street. Ellers så MÅ du kjøpe Oyster Card - superlettvint. Hotel ben servito da mezzi pubblici per il centro (fermata bus davanti all'albergo) e Tube di Ear's Court a 300mt circa. Il personale sempre molto gentile e disponibile. L'abergo, soprattutto all'ingresso, dà l'impressione di essere un pò trascurato, ma all'interno l'impressione migliora. i servizi accessori sono un pò basic: all'arrivo, alle 14:30 […] circa, la camera non era ancora disponibile e al bar non è stato possiblile avere un sandwich (essendo digiuni dalla mattina presto). Camera OK, spaziosa, fortunatamente sul retro (giardino) e non su Cromwell Road (strada molto trafficata), il bagno molto spazioso e con finestra: molto basic la dotazione di corstesia (nemmeno la cuffia per la doccia). Très bel Hotel, les chambres sont spacieuses et bien décorées. Rien à redire niveau qualité/prix (166 €/nuit petit, déj compris pour 2) et emplacement.

Wij waren er 3 nachten met ons gezin. 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen van 13 en 15. Hotel was op zich prima, kamers idem. Bar wat ongezellig.Ontbijtbuffet was goed. Ontvangst was niet super. Onze voorkeur voor beide kamers naast elkaar was niet gehonoreerd en er was weinig bereidheid er iets aan te doen. Na veel praten wisseling kamer kinderen gerealiseerd […] op tweede dag. Het was niet mogelijk ontbijt vooraf te reserveren. Hotel wilde voor 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen het volle bedrag in rekening brengen. Terwijl het vooraf boekingstarief meer dan 50% lager was. Het voorafboekeingstarief uiteindeijk na overleg hotel manager wel betaald. Tenslotte vonden wij klantonvriendelijk dat je om het ontbijt te nuttigen en bij de bar te kunnen bestellen vooraf een borg moest verstrekken. Maar nogmaals faciliteiten waren prima. Es ist doch relativ selten ein Hotel in London zu finden, welche mit dem deutschen Standard mithalten kann. Es hört sich zwar übertrieben an, aber jeder der in der MITTE Londons schon mal ein Hotel unter 150Euro gebucht hat, hat festgestellt das die Zimmer sehr klein, die Sauberkeit nicht die beste und es hier und da etwas seltsam riecht. Wir haben […] etwas mehr Nächte im Doppelzimmer bezahlt. Das Zimmer war groß, alles war sauber und außerdem war es sehr schön anzusehen. Der Preis war auch ansprechend und die Lage 300m von Earls Court entfernt, ist fast Innenstadt. Nicht gefallen hat uns die große Straße direkt vorm Hotel. Die Fenster sind zwar sehr gut gedämmt und wir waren im 4. Stock, wenn man jedoch im 2. Stock wohnt müsste das mehr auffallen. Außerdem war im Preis kein Frühstück dabei, was auch nicht so schlimm war, da die Earls Court Road ausreichend Möglichkeiten bietet. Skaityti daugiau

Bra trevligt hotell, fint rum. Frukosten måste bokas dagen innan för att få ett rimligt pris. Bra bussförbindelser direkt utanför hotellet. Lungt område.
