Boss Suites Nana Hotel - Bankokas

They have pretty modern facilities here, but too bad they are not maintained well. Our room was not clean, and some things could be maintained better. But overall it's still okay, especially considering the price.

Hotel employees very helpful, newish type of hotel close to shopping and night life. I stayed in this hotel tice during my stay in Bangkok and will stay here later this year on my return to Thailand. Aussie Greg.

Good, clean hotel. Good, friendly, efficient staff. Good value. My only quibble would be that it's a bit of a walk to the BTS station or to any shops/restaurant. (though there is a shuttle available)

Close to nana road, but know what that's all about before you choose to stay there! A little hard to find, but great staff and comfortable hotel. Bed was a little hard and shower only luke warm, but all in all, not bad accommodations.

The rooms and people were good. But the location is quite far frOm the main road. And without convenience u have to walk a lot. Pool is quite small. Seeing the price it's not bad but can find a better place.

Hotel was nice, but the area was a little seedy. It weas a long walk to get to main area of Soi 4. Littel did I know Soi 4 would be the way it is. lesson learned.

This hotel is in a quiet area , its just 5 mins walk to all the action nanna centre has to offer. Free tuk tuk to sky train. Very good air con.. would stay again when in bangkok.. A good mid price hotel. Very helpful staff..

This hotel is right off of a busy party street with lots of bars and restaurants. Also walking distance to the Nano stop on the sky train. You can reach all of the places you want in the city with this. Including the airport. The complimentary breakfast was an amazing blend of Thai food, fresh fruit and the basic eggs and bacon if that is what you want. […] I prefer to eat the local cuisine when I travel so it was nice to have the Thai food. Breakfast was nothing special, but overall, hotel was clean and pleasant, if a bit out in the back of beyond with annoyingly loud (but free) tuk-tuk service to BTS Nana (or nearby) on request. The windows in the toilet are a unique feature for the security paranoid, too! At a discounted rate, was acceptable and more convenient than the more distant […] (but cheaper) airport hotels. The general condition of the hotel is poor. While staying in "suite" class of room, neither of the showers worked and took 4 days of complaining to the staff before any action was taken. On the fifth day I left even though the booking was for 12 days. Bed sheets were replaced, unfortunately with cigarette burn marks in them. Noise was a common problem, […] either from the continuos movement of the lifts, air conditioning units rattling or traffic outside. Room was very comfortable, good breakfast buffet with an excellent travel agent in the lobby. You don't need to plan anything before you arrive, just talk to the ladies and they will help you to plan all your activities. Don't forget to negotiate the price

Good location at the end of soi 4, a little walk but hotel hidden away and quiet. Tuk Tuk service available to sukukvit if needed. Nice big rooms bright and clean, my only comment would be there was door in the room which backed onto another locked door with really poor sound insulation. Second stay at this hotel. Staff always pleasant. Room was tidy, kept clean & comfortable. At the bottom end of Soi 4 down a side street so can confuse some people when trying to get there for the first tme. Away from all the noise of Soi Nana but is only a short walk away from the fun. Despite being on a somewhat dodgy looking street this hotel is actually quite charming. The staff was lovely, the room was comfortable, and the location allowed easy access to the city's sites.

Hotel is tucked out of the way off soi 4 - quite a long way from sukhumvit - 500+metres. The taxi mafia are in play and wont use their meters so a walk to sukhumvit is necessary to get a meter cab. General amenity of the hotel is fine..the elevator doesnt go up one tower from the lobby so bags have to go up a flight of stairs. Biggest gripe is the room […] key...their rules are that the key has to be given to the desk when leaving the Hotel. Generally thiis is fine except when you come back - to a different person and ask for your key and you just get it...no security check...I'm sure I could have gotten any key! Good hotel. Close to pubs and bars. Room is big enough and clean. Breakfast is good as well and reasonable price ($4 additinal). Only disadvantage is little bit far from Nana station (10 more minutes to walk).

Place is alittle hard to find but it is away from the main hustle and bustle but walking distrance to shops + pubs. The Stay at the Boss Suites has been a pleasant addition to my first visit to BKK. The service was good, the breakfast was fine and the people at the hotel were really really nice, friendly and helpful. Only point to note is the quality of the finishing of the Bathroom. The shower is not so straight forward to operate and it seems like a lot of water […] is lost around the bathroom while having a shower, it could do with some more cleaning. A nice hotel close to BTS nana station, within walking distance or tuk-tuk car from the hotel. Overall is a good hotel to stay for a short period, not too crowded. The hot water from shower is powered by a heating machine inside, a little weird...

The first night I was given a room which smelled to smoke, so if you are not a smoker, make the reception know in advance. However, after requesting to be changed rooms, I was changed immediately and the new room was very good.

Great hotel room, close to the bustle of Sukhumvit but still quiet and out of the way. Complimentary shuttle service to nearby Nana station is very useful - only 20-30Baht to get to Siam/main shopping districts. A good 10-15min walk to the main Sukhumvit Road to get train services, but lots of bars/pubs/clubs/restaurants/etc on the walk there. Pool […] is a bit average. Satisfactory gym facilities. Booked double deluxe & when arrived was told fully booked.... Can't complain as they upgraded me to the Superior Suites. Very nice. Plenty of room, bed very comfy. I stayed here for 4 nights in April. I originally booked for 3 nights, but needed to stay an extra day which was very easy to add at the front desk. The staff was very kind and helpful. However, the cleanliness of the room is a completely different story. I figured I was going to be out most of the day anyways so I didn't have to deal with the filth […] of the room. The hotel is ok. The bathroom needs a LOT of work. The shower works in a funny way, the bathroom gets all wet and the door locks by itself. The room is good though. It is a bit far from main attractions.

There was a lot wrong with this hotel, and it does not deserve to have a 4 star rating at all. When I arrived, my room was not ready and I had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes. Throughout my stay, the people at the reception were unhelpful at worst and indifferent about things at best. The room, once cleaned, was only adequately so. The sink was […] broken, and a room change request was denied since they were "too full". Over the next three days, the room and bathroom were never cleaned properly, and the hand towels were never replaced. Also, the A/C seemed to have a mind of its own and would remain stuck at various temperatures, even after someone came in and "fixed" it. As for location, it is a good 12 minute walk from Nana station. On the plus side, they have a complimentary tuk tuk service from the hotel to the station. If your looking for a hotel on Soi 4 in the Red Light District you found the right hotel. The service and hotel features were really good. But if your a family I would stay away! Go find a hotel near Soi 11 to 21.... or the river.
