My only complaint was the breakfast. All these little free breakfasts at the chains have a pre-fab element to them, but this was the worst. The "eggs" looked like yellow BBs. Room was nice, though, as were all the staff I encountered.

I was most pleased with Hampton Inn. We stayed for 2 nights and could not find anything wrong with the it. The cleanliness is superb and the staff has the best customer service.

My only complaint is that we received a wake up call at 5:45 a.m. which was NOT requested! Other than that we were very pleased with our room.

IMy boyfriend and I were in town for my niece's birthday and wanted to be close to my family without staying with them. The hotel was 10 minutes away so it was like a vacation within a vacation. It's right off of I-77 and even though we had a room facing the highway, we weren't disturbed by any noise. The room was huge....it had a king bed that was […] very comfortable and a work desk/media area that served as a room separator because the sofa was a fold out bed. Breakfast was very good, unfortunately, we like to sleep in so we only had it once. There are plenty of places to walk to and if you have a car, there are a few grocery stores to pick up snack food. The room had a small refrigerator and microwave. We were very pleased with our stay from the friendliness of the front desk staff and the breakfast staff to the cleanliness of the entire hotel and our comfy bed! Skaityti daugiau

The room was very clean and well maintained. The lobby areas were also well kept and pleasant. The hotel has a warm feeling. The continental breakfast is a very good add-on instead of spenting money for breakfast on the outside, but if one chooses there are stores in the area to buy a quick bite to eat. Everything was PERFECT...except a noisy Heat/AC unit in our room. Great breakfast...super room.....solid fitness center. Great and friendly staff. We will return!!

Nice hotel, one of the best I have stayed in recently. Good breakfast with lots of healthy choices. Well designed for every travelling need. Only negative - rooms facing I 77 are a little noisy.

Everyone was very friendly. We arrived earlier than normal check-in and they were able to check us in regardless of how early we were. Room was very clean. Loved the morning free breakfast. It was a very pleasant stay and a very great clean, comfortable hotel. Will stay here again.

Good location; just off interstate 77. New building (built in March of 2011). Very nice atmosphere and lovely inside. It was very clean! An excellent selection of breakfast, also. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn to everyone. When I made the reservation, they were nice and accommodated our request of rooms together.

Our check-in was quick & courteous. We called ahead to let them know that we would be arriving around 11pm and they assured us that our room would be ready. The hotel room was comfortable with two queen beds. The rooms are nicely decorated & modern. The bathroom was spotless and had beautiful granite countertops. My hubby and I had a brief, but lovely, 2 night stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Huntersville, N.C. Location: right off the highway, with a large well lit parking lot in front the building. Check-in: Great! A bank of complimentary tea and coffee pots in the lobby!!! Additionally, the front office staff was gracious. One staff member googled directions […] for us so we could find our event via the straightest route. Rooms: Well appointed, clean and comfortable. Housekeepers: friendly, thorough and quick. The queen suite was a huge room that is perfect for a family of 5-6. It is actually a double size room with a desk and couch that pulled out plus there was a microwave and frig so we were able to have dinner in our room. Excellent value.

Orange juice was not good.. Scrambled eggs were chopped too little. Would have rather had bacon or sausages, than sausage gravy..Every thing else was excellent.

The room was noisey because the fridge hums and makes weird noises. There is a hum throughout the hallways that permeates the room at night. I suggest a sound engineer to look into weird sounds - a new hotel should not have malfunctioning units. The breakfast food is sub par. Oatmeal is like a rock. Pastries are sugary manufactured bombs. The staff was so nice and checked to make sure we were happy. The rooms were amazing! I felt like I was getting the royal treatment for a small amount of money. WILL be staying here again and recommending it to everyone!
