Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast very basic. With a little more thought could have been much better. Hotel chosen for its close location to Hammersmith Apollo. Only 10 minutes walk away.

location is easy if you are coming from heathrow. and other good connections. also good value hotel. breakfast needs a bit a improvment but good variety. Let's start w/check-in.None officially done!!!!!We arrived there and a gentleman rushed us through the basement hardly grabbing our luggage,almost throwing it down the stairs....Room was minimal w/1 person being able to stand at a time!!!!!!No official reception to address concerns!!!!!When I was able to speak w/one of the employees, I addressed my […] request re. 2 double beds but later on I was told by the main employee that I needed to pay extra to have them!!!!!!Carpet was old and musty!!!Bathroom drain was clogged and tiny!!! 3 good points:Neighborhood w/an excellent shopping mall and terrific shopping area,good breakfast and Wi-Fi services. Rooms adequate, small, no wardrobes. Dinning room untidy, not cleaned from previous day, adjoined very small messing kitchen, plus office desk stuck at the side. Apalling. Room wasn't a triple - in fact, despite the facted that I booked my room IN OCTOBER they didn't book a room for two nights so we could move frely during the day. Was given a double room and a single and then two doubles for three single people. This meant that we had to change rooms, pack up all our stuff and return to reception which wasn't […] manned. As there was no-one there we left and came back to discover that our personal belongings had been moved to another room without any supervision or consent from us - probably so we wouldn't have an opportunity to protest the fact that it stank of smoke. Shower in one of the rooms wasn't working, apparently because of my lack of awareness that the archaic piping needs to be turned a certain way to get it going -?!??!?! The room and the bathroom were small but clean. We only stayed for one night so it was adequate for our needs. The breakfast was very basic and the breakfast room was also very small, some people had to wait for a table and were told that breakfast stops at 9.00 even if they have been waiting so get there early.

Only 5 tables for breakfast but about 30 people queing owner just sat at his desk looking at the internet with headphones on. Could hear people snoring in basement and floor creeked so loudly upstairs thought they was going to come through the ceiling. We were 3 single guys and asked for 3 single bed room. Booked a triple. Got 2 double beds. Asked for an extra mattress but it never arrived. 24 hour reception apparently............isnt by a mile! We got the converted loft room so hot as! Asked for a fan but it never arrived. Room was tiny as well! Clean though.

The Hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful! We arrived before check-in and left our bags so we could do some sight seeing. The day we checked-out we left our bags at the desk and did some sightseeing until it was time to leave. The rooms are very small. Our 8 foot by 18 foot room held a full bed, a twin bed, a night stand and a 5 foot by […] 5 foot corner was walled off for the bathroom. It was a tight squeeze. We only spent enough time in our room to sleep and shower. They offer a traditional English breakfast free every morning. The coffee is instant so we had to get our caffeine elsewhere. The neighborhood and the price was the draw and we only stayed because everything else of a reasonable price was taken because of the Olympics. The bed had a huge dip near the bottom so my feet were always lower than my head. The bathroom smelled terrible and the odor never went away. (We were a little suspicious when the gentleman that checked us in […] ran upstairs with a can of airfreshener immediately before checking us in.) The street noise was extremely loud, sirens at all hours because of the nearby fire station. But our maid was really sweet and helpful, which was the main redeeming quality of this place. Was a little concerned at reading poor reports on this hotel but my experiene was very good. Staff very friendly and could not be more helpful. Room was clean and secure - and a good bathroom etc., Location good as less than 10 mins walk to Shepherds Bush station. Not the Hilton but very good value for money. No-one about when I wanted to book in at c 5.30pm. No towels in room. Didn't risk sampling the breakfast. OK if you just want somewhere clean and weatherproof to spend the night but I'd expect to find that at about half the cost I paid for this.

We know staying in Europe will be expensive, especially London. So we didn't expect much with this hotel, but it's worse than we thought. We know this facitly has no AC, but the room is SOOO small, there is only enough room to fit the beds. that means no vadilation. We tried to open a slight crack with the window because it does get humit and stuffy […] in day and night, the extremely high traffic street which Comfotel is located at, I assure you will NOT get much sleep. We can except small room, beddings that are way too small for the bed that expose the mattress on one size as you sleep, or even no phone in the room to get a morning wake up call nor walking few floors up with bagages since you'll get plenty of practice with London's underground (also called TUBE) as you arrive to London. But we do need a good night sleep, especially after a long day of walking in the city and sightseeing and sweating in the subway trains and retail stores. Nevertheless, from the motel it's only 10 mins walk to the Tube (Hammersmith station) to get to every part of the city, but if you don't want to walk the 10 mins, you can always take the bus right on that street and get to the Tube in 2 mins time. The cleaning lady / breakfast server is very nice and accommodating, so we left her a tip at the end of the stay. Good Luck! Skaityti daugiau

was not that happy as there was not any one there in the evening that i could complain to regards to the towels not being changed. also the breakfast was not that great as was told its a free full breakfast but that was not the case.

I enjoyed my stay at the Comfotel Green. It was very convenient to the Hammersmiths Station and buses. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. I would stay there again.

You get what you pay for the saying goes and this is true of this hotel, a budget price and although the room was basic, it was clean and comfortable with en-suite shower and free Wi-Fi. Would go again at that price

This hotel is not by a lot or close to anything. There were no towels and we had to ask for them. Stains on ceilings. Seemed to be a shady neighborhood. Beds were lumpy and not comfortable.

One of the worst hotels we have stayed. The bathroom and bedroom were fine and functional, although small. We were kept awake by residence of neighbouring rooms each night. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life! I don't even know where to begin with how bad it was! I don't have enough characters to write the whole story so I'll put it in point form *the manager ( if you could call him that) was the most unprofessional person I have met in my life, he greeted us in dirty sweatpants and thongs, […] basically grunted at us and not even at one point offered to help with our luggage or anything else for that matter * the room was the size of a shoebox, it was not very clean * the first room we stayed in was full of small flies, when we asked to change the 'manager' was disinterested and unapologetic. Saying he could do nothing to help us, then eventually changed us to the 'family' room which we stayed in for one night until we were moved to another shoebox room for the remaining 3 nights. * again this room was not very clean, dirty carpets, dusty blankets, specks on the walls etc * they did not replace our towels for the 3 days we were there *the drainage in the shower didn't work so well so you had to limit your time in there because you would flood out the bathroom * breakfast was provided but we did not eat there because the dining area was full of guest bags, the kitchen was filthy, the oven was filled with dirty dishes and we also later found out this is where the manager slept... Where do I start... We arrived at the hotel at 9:00 pm after travelling for 23 hours. The front door was locked with a handwritten message taped to the glass asking us to phone a local number. Having travelled overseas, we did not have a phone so we were forced to wait outside until someone let us in. About 10 minutes later a man walked up from down […] the street and let us in – surprisingly this turned out to be the person who ran the hotel. Once inside we were directed into a small room which appeared to be the kitchen where the man shuffled some papers around on a desk. After not finding what he was looking for he asked us for our name and we presented him our hotels.com booking details. He looked at it and then gave us a key for our room. He did not check our ID or take our credit card (this was probably a blessing in disguise). He then walked us down to the basement and showed us our room (room #1). First impressions of our room was ‘what did we get ourselves into?!’. The room was 6 feet wide by 7 feet long with a narrow hallway (3 x 5 feet) from the door. There was also an attached bathroom (3 x 5 feet) that ran alongside the hallway. In the room was a twin bed that touched three walls and was crowded into a room that had a small ikea square table and bedside drawers. On the table was a tray with 2 mugs, electric kettle, dirty spoon, sugar, tea and instant coffee and individual packets of liquid cream/milk. Inside the drawer we found more tea, coffee, sugar and creams (probably from previous visitors). To make room for our bags, we put all of these items into the drawers so that we could use the table to hold our luggage. The bedding was covered in hair and stains (luckily we had our travel blankets from the plane which we used to sleep with). The floor was extremely dusty and along the baseboards you could see finger nail clippings, dust, dirt, paper etc. The walls were paper thin and we could hear the people in the rooms surrounding us. We arrived to find the door locked and nobody there, so had to stand on the doorstep for a good 10 minutes wondering if the place was open or not. We were finally let in, and taken to our room, having to trample over bed sheets thrown in the stair way. The room was neat and tidy but very small and not good for tall people, which we both are. We went down for breakfast to find a plate of half cooked scrambled eggs, and a plate of fried eggs, just on the side ( no hot plate) which was not very appetising! Comfotel´s location was not close to central London, but it was a good location for easy and faster access from the Heathrow airport. The room was extremely small, bathroom was very small and lacking toilettries and towels. However, the room and the hallways were very clean. The hotel is more like a hostel and should not be sold as a hotel, as it lacks […] a 24 hour reception, in fact the reception itself is just a desk and computer that is shared with the so called breakfast/kitchen area. One of the features is the availability of wifi access, which in the two days of stay was not at all available. Breakfast area is cramped and although bkfast was included it was only served from 8am-9am. At check in the person at the ¨desk¨was polite but the second day, the person at the desk (aka reception) could not care less about the guests at the hotel. As he did not offer an explanation as to why the wifi was down, and couldn´t help about directions about the city. A full fletched reception would have been good when one night, guests came back drunken and were noisy, to help with quieting them down. I would not recommend this ¨hotel¨ and will not stay there again. The only saving grace was the housekeeper (who was not there all the time), who keeps the place clean and is very accommodating to the guests. Very disappointed. Skaityti daugiau

The Hotel is small, almost no facilities and with serious problems. One room fra reception, kitchen an breakfastserving combined. No alternative escape if fire. The room with the bathroom was the best part of it. But you can have better hotels for the same price!

Det var et ganske udemærket hotel. Morgenmaden var ikke så spændende og det kræver at man tager offentlig transport hvis man skal ind til centrum (vi gik godt nok, men det tog to timer...). Men i forhold til hvor billigt hotellet var så synes jeg ikke at der var noget at klage over :)

Toaletten var smått unken, men man ska ju bara göra unkna saker där inne också så det var inte hela världen! Trevlig personal, god frukost och det bästa är att det är gratis wi-fi! Ligger bra till, sängen är skön och tvn är perfekt att slänga sig framför efter en hel dag med shopping!

Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt im Comfotel sind sonderlich zufrieden. Als wir ankamen, schickte man uns in ein benachbartes Hotel, da "unser" Zimmer auf Grund eines Problem mit der Elektrizität nicht belegbar war. Das Zimmer im anderen Hotel war jedoch eine Zumutung bzgl. Sauberkeit und so kehrten wir ins Comfotel zurück, wo plötzlich doch ein Zimmer […] frei war. Von der Größe ok, war jedoch das Fenster kaputt sowie die Heizung. Das Frühstück war im Großen und Ganzen ok - nichts Besonderes. Was inzukommt war, dass das Türschloss der Badezimmerschloss so stark verrostet war, dass einer unserer Gruppe über 40 Minuten im Badezimmer eingeschlossen war. Wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche hat, ist das Hotel aufgrund der Verkehrsanbindung jedoch eine Option. Skaityti daugiau

Vi fikk beskjed om at hotellrommet var under rengjøring når vi skulle sjekke inn. Hotellrommet var skittent, Møkkete vegger tak og gulv. Til og med kaffekoppene vi skulle bruke var møkkete. Ikke særlig trivelig bemanning, dårlig service innstilte. Ingen hotell fasiliteter.

Unser Tipp, buchen Sie NIEMALS dieses Hotel!! Es ist an Unsauberkeit kaum zu übertreffen! Die Zimmer sind winzig, obwohl das kein Grund zur Beanstandung ist, wenn der Rest stimmen würde. Es ist dreckig und - das war für mich das schlimmste - es stank unerträglich. Unser Zimmer lag im Untergeschoss (oder wir würden dazu Keller sagen). Genau unserem Fenster […] gegenüber befand sich ein Abgasrohr der Heizungsanlage, welches haargenau die Abgase in unser Fenster blies. In der Hotelbeschreibung wird mit einem großem Frühstück geworben. Die Küche bzw. der Frühstücksraum, was gleichzeitig die Rezeption des Hotels ist, wurde wahrscheinlich noch nie gereinigt. Man konnte der "Köchin" live beim Zubereiten zuschauen und hat dabei den Dreck, der sich unter der Küchenzeile angesammelt hat, beobachten können. Es hätte mich nicht gewundert, wenn eine Ratte hervorgekommen wäre. Wir sind am nächsten Tag auswärtig frühstücken gegangen. In der Nacht unserer Ankunft lies uns zwar der Portier (oder war es der Hotelmanager??) Zutritt gewähren, aber Handtücher wollte er uns erst am nächsten Tag bringen. Nur auf unseren ausdrücklichen Wunsch organisierte er dann noch von irgendwoher ein paar Handtücher. Die restlichen Tage war von ihm nichts mehr zu sehen. Das anwesende Personal war gelangweilt und nicht gerade freundlich. Frühstück gab es bis 9 Uhr, wer ein paar Minuten später kam, hatte Pech. Dann war die Küche/Rezeption/Frühstücksraum abgeschlossen. la salle pour le petit déjeuner est sale et sert également de bureau et de cuisine, différentes choses (tableaux au sol etc....) s'y trouvent, c'est aussi très exigu et du coup pas pratique car on ne peut pas se mettre correctement à table. Le WIFI est totalement "absent" et le reste du service laisse aussi à désirer.
