Room was nice and comfortable and the view was wonderful. The first thing we did when we got to our room was sit on the balconey.

The room its self was excellent however during the stay the people in the next room were quite noisy, example slamming the balcony glass door shut extremely hard to the point of waking us up 3-4 times over the course of the night. There were signs posted in the hotel for no partying but obviously were not enforced. For the amount of money it cost to […] rent the room there was no continental breakfast served( That would be a great plus). The elevator in the building needs much needed maintenance. Recommend trying to get a room on the top floor. Our room was on the 4th floor of 5 floors. We could hear the folks in the room above walking back and forth and opening and closing the door to the balcony.

Great hotel. Loved that the room had a kitchenette in it! Enough to store some food/drinks very comfortable bed and very nice view of the ocean!

First room was terrible, no remote, old TV and the sliding glass door did not open. We requested another room which they did give u upstairs and that one had a remote and the door worked. We stayed here because it was close to Seacrets and were in town for a concert there. I would not stay there agin.

I booked this hotel the day before we met up in Ocean City, Maryland. I have to say we were impressed. We drove into the parking lot with 2 cars (but we were only allowed to get a parking pass for one car - we parked the other car in the street - right outside our balcony, which was not too bad). We checked in no problem and our room was on the 1st […] floor. We faced the street (which was much cheaper than the beachfront) and it was great because to the left we were able to catch a glimpse of the beach. Who cares? We were only in the room to sleep. The pool is rather small but served its purpose on a hot day and the kids had a blast. No lifeguards - swim at your own risk. It was easy to drive anywhere - 30 blocks down to the boardwalk was no problem - 5 minute drive. Lots of places to eat and shop very close by. Whenever we needs more blankets or towels, the hotel staff was quick to get it to us and they were very nice. The bathroom was kind of old and tired looking and you can see it needed some kind of mending. There was a fridge and microwave which we actually used. The bedding was clean and all 6 of us slept comfortably. I would totally recommend this place. Remember, it is not a 4 star hotel, so don't expect the best cause it's not like that. everything for the most part seemed ok ...hallways had a weird odor and getting ice was a slight issue couldn,t get our own ..had to get ppl at service desk to get it for us and we never did get our wake up call on the last day, appliances were a little run down but all in all ...it wasn,t a bad stay

The wireless internet access doesn't work at all. I commented this to an employee and he said that they were aware of it!. The refrigerator in the room was rusted, and the total overall conditions of the room needed repairs... mostly cosmetics and that won't be very expensive to do; this shows poor management. Room 302

however our Nikon binoculars were stolen out of our room when it was locked.The front desk shrugged and suggested I try lost and found . Also they could not give my directions to their hotel whose street address is not on the map.The lack of English speaking employees we found frustrating.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 1 night on our way back from our vacation in OBX. The lobby of the hotel looked new and apparently a new company purchased the hotel this year and were making changes. I liked the location because it was not in the middle of the noisy boardwalk type strip where everything smells like fried food. It was 3 blocks from Seacrets, the BEST place to go in Ocean City. Hotel staff was very nice and quite accommodating...room and bathroom were clean, and didn't smell like a damp beach hotel like ive encountered in the past...great location near bars...Wld def stay again!

The room was clean and had everything we needed, But the beds were not comfortable at all!! Our bed sunk in the middle, which is very hard to sleep 2 in a bed. The View was great and I would go back if I was sure I was going to get a better bed!

Nice location and the beach was not crowded like other parts were. Only downfall there are no changing rooms available.

The Atlantic Oceanfront Inn in Ocean City, MD has just been bought by the Carousel. The staff from the Carousel manning the front desk were a little confused, as they learned a new system, but still performed satisfactorily. Right on the Beach and close to everything - great restaurants within walking distance, but we stayed in a King Ocean Front room complete with kitchenette, so eating options are up to you! I had a good time in this hotel, its really close to the beach the view from my room was amazing!! the room was clean, parking is limited hard to get a spot, specially at night, we stayed a weekend i dont know if weekdays would be the same, this hotel is in a good location, but isnt close to the boardwalk. i definitly would stay here again!!

My stay at the Atlantic Oceanfront Hotel in Ocean City Maryland was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is very convenient to the attractions has a beautiful view of the ocean. Front door card lock and door latch did not work properly. Very hard to open door. Beds were not made up in the morning. Front desk personnel were very nice and helpful.

walking distance to seacrets. we paid extra for the "ocean view upgrade" but it wasn't worth it; it was a view from the side. Service was good.. room was clean and spacious. we asked for extra towels and recv'd them promptly.... needed to borrow a hair dryer and recv'd that promptly too. I would recommend this hotel.

THE ROOM WAS A NICE SIZE BUT BADLY OUT DATED IN NEED OF A GOOD CLEANING. THE SOFA WAS SOILED AND SMELLED. THE COUNTER TOP WERE FALLING APART. THE COOKWARE WAS NOT USABLE.SOME OF THE STAFF DIDN'T SEEM TO LIKE THERE JOBS. THIS INN IS NOT FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR A PLEASANT FAMILY VACATION!!!!!

The hotel was very Nice.. The staff was pleasent..When I call for the Iron and Board they brought it up within minutes that 's what I call room service. It's not on the board walk but the bus was only $1.00. Overall wonderful 1 night stay..OMG Try the Crab place on the Corner.... Koddles.....

This hotel had some good points and some bad. The room was updated, clean, and had convenience like the full size fridge, coffee maker, stove. We were allowed to check in a whole hour early which was nice. The staff seemed friendly the entire stay, but we didnt really ask for much either. The downfalls are the hallway, elevator, etc needed major renovation. […] The public bathroom everyone was using from the pool was not clean, no towels, soap, etc. which was not good to change in. The pool area was small, crowded, and in the middle of a hot parking lot. The last full day we were there we didnt get towels untl 4:00 and then no washclothes and that was about all we got from maid service, they didnt tidy up the room, change the sheets, etc. for the price the room was more than expected, Probably wouldnt stay again but would recommend to someone looking for a bargain. That was one of the worst hotels I stayed in. Had to call down to the front desk to have room cleaned.

This was the worse hotel I've ever seen. The elevators, stairwells and halls had a foul odor. The floors in the rooms were sticky. There was so much trash on the beach that we left and went to Bethany. Do not stay here if you have children. This place will totally creep them out. I enjoyed our stay. Convienient to the convention center and the beach was not crowded. I will stay there again.

We loved this hotel and will be staying there again. The view was awesome and we were literally steps away from the beach. The hotel is close to everything great restaurants shops mini golf and only 3 miles to the boardwalk. My daughter loved the pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The employees were very nice. The room was overall nice, but the bathroom was awful in almost all respects. Cracks in the tub, loose plumbing, not much water pressure, sink was about 24 inches off the floor...not kidding. I'm short but not that short. The sink also was rather hideous. There was a water stain above the shower head and the tile was bowed […] like it would fall any moment onto your head. Beach access from this Hotel was great (about the only good thing about this Hotel). The bed that we slept on needed replaced. Its springs were in such shape that we both rolled to the middle. Front desk personnel friendliness and amenities were severely lacking. The Hotel cleaning staff was very helpful and friendly.

We have stayed here before. Website did not give the option of a king but we were offered one when we checked in. Found some clothes left in one of the drawers. We later learned that managment was very concerned and told staff this was not acceptable. Room was clean otherwise. The shower handle and shower head were loose and will probably break and […] flood the place but they worked for us. The property is similar to many in Ocean City but we like the location within walking distance to Convention Hall. I had 3 kids and myself staying in this hotel and it was incredible! The staff was so helpful holding open doors and helping me with a bulky stroller, much more help than I ever expected. The hotel walls were being painted but it caused not issue with our stay, and the colors are beautiful! Atlantic OceanFront Inn was the best hotel that me and my children have stayed in. We go to O.C. every year but this year we wanted a kitchen and something not on the boardwalk. This hotel provided both and was right on the beach. Loved the queen beds, kitchen, balcony and oceanfront view of course. We made the mastake of being down there during senior week, so I guess the staff all assume we are tree to cause trouble. We were peaceful, respectful guest while everyone around us was loud all night long. Which we did not have a problem with. We didn't min them having a good time! Anyway, the staff called our room multiple time to address issues that […] were not a big deal or even a problem. I don't have a problem with someone asking me to move my car, but they didn't have to be so rude about it. It wasn't even my fault! This is my first review I ever wrote about a place! HAD A SLIGHT PROBLEM WITH A BED IN OUR ROOM. THE SITUATION WAS HANDLED VERY QUICKLY BY ALL STAFF. HOTEL MANAGER, STACY SHOULD BE COMMENDED FOR HER EFFORTS DURING A VERY BUSY WEEKEND. SHE DEFFINETLLY IS AN ATTRIBUTE TO THE HOTEL.

Desk attendants were very nice and actually decided to upgrade our room to ocean view. The hotel was in a great location and our room had a great balcony view of the ocean. Room was very clean. We truly got a great stay for such a low cost.

My family stayed here during off-season time- before Memorial day. Our room was clean and spacious. There were 2 queen beds AND a sleeper sofa, 4 seat dining room table and full kitchen with fridge, microwave AND pots/ pans, dishes, silverware. It was an added security to just know we had a complete kitchen with a little one. This hotel is very close […] to the water, the secluded (not so crowded) side of the beach. It is an approx 15 min. ride to the boardwalk/ carnival. It was really cozy and peaceful not being directly in the hi-traffic foot fall direct to the boardwalk hotels. Housekeeping was always courteous and thorough. A restaurant on the same street as the hotel called Belly Busters was very affordable and exteremely delicious. So, you're not sacrificing quality by grabbing lunch or dinner there. And almost everyone delivers food anyways. All in all- great time. We highly recommned this hotel and Ocean City, MD in general. Not a fancy place to stay, but was more than adequate for us. Room was clean and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Drawback is that the hotel does not have an ice machine or trays in freezer. Not a big deal but be prepared to buy ice if needed.
