The room was exactly what you need, no more no less. It was comfortable, a good size and decent location (20 min walk to museum island). The staff were helpful when we saw them. Having a washer/dryer was really useful for us (€3/use) and there was some really nice restaurants nearby. I can only think of 2 negatives. The hallway smelled very strongly […] of cigarettes (keeping in mind that it is also a residential block) and some of that smell seeped into the kitchen. Great location. Super clean. No wifi. One bathroom one mirror. Major construction outside of apt. Across from Musee naturekunde which was cool. Def a clean respectable apt in a safe environment. Two stops from frierichstrasse main hub. Two grocery stores around corner. Several grocery shops and other hotels on min walk away Me and the mrs loved it. […] But wifi would have helped a lot. Definitely an apartment rather than an apart'hotel, keys to this gleaming white contemporary studio are picked up from an office that's open Monday to Friday office hours. The accommodation is of a good standard with a neat kitchen, reasonably sized bathroom and main room with bed, sofa, dining table for two and tv/dvd. The central heating is excellent […] and hot water plentiful - both essential in this city in winter. The location: facing the natural history museum; a hop skip and a jump from Berlin's answer to Tate Modern - a contemporary gallery carved out of a former railway station; on top of a U-Bahn stop and near the gleaming new main rail station is a great base from which to explore. The helpful staff at the office will store luggage on the final day and the room is cleaned at the end of the visit for a mandatory 30 Euro charge. That's offset both by the excellent price of the room and by a voucher worth up to 20% of the price you've paid for you, a friend or relative to use at any of the same company's locations in the future. A definite bonus for repeat visitors. All in all a great value bolt hole for the independent traveler who's looking for somewhere modern and in the middle of town and isn't too worried about hotel extras. One word of caution, whoever had been staying previous to us had a serious cigarette habit and the place still had a tad of a nicotine odour after a few days. The apartment had everything that we needed. The location was good, as it was close to the subway line and also a very short ($7) cab ride from the station that we took the airport express train to (Haupbahnhof). Pleasant service rep checked us in. The only slight inconvenience was because we had to check in late, after 9pm. Arrivés à 20h30 nous ne savions pas qu'il n'y avait pas de réception où récupérer notre clé. Aucune information n'était donné sur votre site. Heureusement que nous étions accompagnés par une personne parlant allemand pour trouver un contact et savoir où aller chercher la clé (à plusieurs stations de métro de notre location). Finalement on nous a donné […] un autre appartement à une autre adresse mais très agréable également. L'équipement était sommaire mais suffisant pour un weekend et tès propre. En conclusion nous gardons un bon souvenir de ce séjour et ne pouvons que vous inciter à prévenir les utilisateurs sur la marche à suivre en cas d'arrivée tardive. Très bonne impression générale. Très calme, très bien situé à proximité du métro et avec vue directe sur le musée des sciences, solution d"hébergement confortable et pratique. Kitchenette correctement équipée à disposition si certains soir vous êtes trop fatigué pour ressortir. Peut-être un peu trop chauffé mais supportable.

Prijs/kwaliteit-verhouding erg goed. Alleen geen vermelding van straatwerkzaamheden vanaf 7.00u 's morgens. Is tijdelijk 'probleem' uiteraard. Verder zijn er niet enkel hotelkamers/appartementen maar ook privé-woningen. Op de gangen van de 3e etage hangt continue een vieze, dikke nicotinelucht. Ihan ok hotelli, joskin keittiön astiat olivat likaisia ja radion antenni poikki. Kertovat sen että loppusiivousta ei tehdä vaikka se laskutetaankin erikseen. Ihan vieressä on linja-autopysäkit joilla pääsee suoraan päärautatieasemalle tai sitten 200-300m päässä metro jolla pääsee muualle kätevästi. Sijainti on muutenkin erinomainen koska aamulla ikkunasta […] näkyi luonnontieteen museo joka on todella kaunis rakennus. Rauhallinen ympäristö vaikka oman matkan ajankohtana sielä tehtiinkin tietyötä, ikkunat olivat hyvin äänieristetyt. Palvelu ihan ok kunhan ymmärtää että mikäli otat asunnon niin siellä ei ole samoja palveluita kuin normaalissa hotellissa esimerkiksi lakanat ja pyyheet pitää itse pestä jos olet pidemmällä lomalla. Pesukoneet sijaitsevat "kellarissa" ja toimivat kolikoilla. Eli jos olet omatoiminen ja menet todellakin asumaan vain asuntoon ja ymmärrät hoitaa itse omat tarpeesi kuten ruoka, pyykit jne niin ihan hyvä vaihtoehto. Minua ei haitannut lainkaan se että vastaanotto oli auki vain arkisin ja päivä aikoihin muutaman tunnin. Dejligt med sin egen lejlighed og en fantastisk beliggenhed midt i Berlin. Det var bare ikke fantastisk at skulle af med 30 Euros i kontanter inden vi kunne få nøglen, 30 Euros som afrejse afregning - det er ikke okay!

Lage war sehr gut, man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten von dort erlaufen. U-Bahn Anschluß ist auch vorhanden und zum Hauptbahnhof läuft man gute 10 Min. Der Kontakt war sehr höflich und bemüht jedoch wurden wir leider vergessen bei der Ankunft und mussten 1 Std. warten vor verschlossenen Türen, da am Feiertag die Info nicht besetzt ist. Ist wohl nicht […] der Regelfall, jedoch sollte man einfach auch Bedenken, dass Gäste auch an Sonn - und Feiertagen anreisen, zumal von unserer Seite vorab drauf hingewiesen wurde. Dass sich eine Baustelle direkt vor der Haustür befindet, wurde uns leider auch nicht mitgeteilt. Die Fenster halten zwar viel Lärm ab, aber es war dann auch sehr miefig und heiß in diesem Zimmer. Alles in allem war es okay, für einen Städteaufenthalt ohne große Ansprüche an die Unterkunft akzeptabel. Für den nächsten Besuch würde ich persönlich mir doch eine andere Unterkunft suchen, wieder ein Hotel und keine Wohnung. Skaityti daugiau

Todella hyvällä sijainnilla. Hyvät julkiset kulkuyhteydet lentokentälle ja ympäri kaupunkia. Jos ei kaipaa hotellivarustusta, kuten aukiolevaa respaa, aulabaaria, aamiaista ja jokapäiväistä siivousta, niin aivan mainio vaihtoehto. Meillä oli lähes 50m2 kattohuoneistokaksio. This appartment is located near the Metro Staton "Naturkundemuseum". Due to the fact that currently there are lots of construction areas, we managed to walk instead of taking the bus to the appartment, which was not that far away from the main train station. The 1 room appartment has a kitchen with all necessary equipement, like coffee machine, water […] boiler, dishwasher, dinnerware etc. The bathroom was a little bit small without window, but it was clean. Most of the furnishing were from the well known swedish furniture store. But everything in the appartment was clean and nice. Before we could check in, we had to go to the office to pick up the key which was just round the corner and then the nice office guy accompanied us to the appartment und explained us when to check out, what to do with the key and so on. We were 4 adults travelling together. Two of us had to sleep in the sleeping sofa that should definately not be an option really, it was tremendously bad ! One of us got a pillow that just felt like misc.stuffing were thrown together in a huge pillowcase ! This "pillow" would be suited for a pet to cuddle up to, not for people to rest their head. The […] appartment is much smaller than any of the photos suggested, but it was acceptable clean. Clearly time for some maintanance for the appartment, though. The bathroom was very small but OK. The kitchenette was clean and had everything we needed. If we were only 2 adults travelling, this appartment would be fine I guess, but for 4 adults that had to sleep in the sleeping sofa this was very clostraphobic and bad for resting after a long day (nights). Another thing, HUGE construction work was going on in our street and we were woken up at 06.30 p.m. on weekdays (not weekends, thank god) from alarming noice from the workers that start their workdays early. Why does the Inn Sight appartments not report this to travellers??? It was clearly (considering the coverage of the work) a work that had been going on for several weeks and still alot to do when we arrived. Vi åkte två vuxna och två barn. Dagen innan vi åkte blev vi uppringda av en trevlig tjej som ville kolla när vi beräknade anlända, om vi behövde parkeringsplats mm - vilket jag upplevde som perfekt. Nycklarna hämtar man på ett ställe som ligger 100 meter från själva lägenhetshotellet. Blev omhändertagen direkt av en annan trevlig människa som skötte […] snabb incheckning, ordnade med parkeringsplats inne på en låst innergård dit vi hade egen nyckel, följde med oss till lägenheten och förklarade snabbt hur allt fungerade. Frågade om vi ville ha hjälp med bokningar, om vi hade några övriga frågor eller liknande och tackade sedan för sig och gick. Mycket proffsigt! Lägenhetshotellet bestod av sovrum, vardagsrum med matplats för fyra personer, komplett pentry med diskmaskin, fräscht badrum - allt perfekt! Det fanns t o m diskmedelstabs till diskmaskinen. Otroligt tyst i huset dvs mycket välisolerat. Det enda som störde var byggjobbarna i huset bredvid, dock var detta inget större problem. 3 minuters promenad och sedan befann man sig på en gata med en massa restauranger, apotek, bagerier och kafèer mm mm. Lejlighedens kvalitet var rigtig god. Dog var sovesofaens madras ultra tynd. Alt pænt og rent dog kunne det havde været rart med en kost da der ikke er rengøring under opholdet! Beliggenhed tæt på supermarked, restauranter, cafeer og offentlig transport. Der er mulighed for aflåst pakering i baggården. Fin beliggenhed og fin rengøring, men værelser, service og udstyr var ikke noget at råbe hurra for. Der findes ingen ovn eller microovn, ingen toiletartikler og ingen vaskemaskine som beskrevet. Umuligt at åbne vinduer pga larm fra vej (oog vejarbejde) men lækkert område og tæt på u-bahn

ホテルとは名ばかり。宿泊場所に事務所もなし。所謂サービスアパートメント。チェックインは場所が違うし受け付けは18時で終了。土、日は休み。朝6時に部屋出るも建物のメイン玄関のドアーが開かず外に出られない。訳がわからない状態で缶詰になる。（先方はチェックアウト時に鍵は部屋に置いてくれとの指示）飛行機の出発時間は迫ってくる。意を決して各部屋をノックして周り鍵を貸してもらうことにした。朝6時誰も相手にしてくれず。やっと10部屋目に人がドアを開けてくれ、事情を話し何とか鍵を貸してもらう事が出来た。部屋の寝具も調度品もお粗末でした。各国を回っていますがこれほどの所はありません。二度と泊りません。

Vi havde en rigtig hyggelig kæreste tur . Lejligheden ligger perfekt . Det er alt man skal bruge lige i nærheden og kort afstand til bus/undergrund hvos man skal længere væk . Sengene kan godt trænge til nye lidt tykkere madrasser syntes vi . De var lidt tynde synes vi . Men vi er også lidt sippede med sådan noget :)

Godt beliggende lejlighed/værelse som rummede alt det lovede/nødvendige. Renligheden i orden og alt det nødvendige hvis man selv ville lave mad i det lille køkkenafsnit. Dog ærgerligt at nogle tidligere gæster bare havde lagt beskidt service på plads - specielt når der var opvaskemaskine.

Dejlig lejlighed tæt på U-bahn. Lejligheden indeholder det man skal bruge når man er på storbyferie. Godt indrettet køkken samt gode spise og sovefaciliteter. Tæt på U-Bahn Naturkunde museum og det er nemt at benytte offentlig transport. Fint kvarter med indkøbsmuligheder. Nemt at man kan købe en parkeringstilladelse på kontoret.

Das Apartment ist liegt unmittelbar in der Nähe der U-Bahn Haltestelle "Naturkundemuseum" und zwischen S-Bahn Haltestelle Nordbahnhof und dem Berliner Hauptbahnnhof, daher super Anbindung in alle Richtungen. Verschiedene Cafés und Restaurants sind in 2-3 Min. erreichbar. Das Apartment an sich ist modern eingerichtet, besser ausgestattet als die meisten […] Hotels (neue Einbauküche, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Spülmaschine, Radio/CD Player, DVD Player, Fußbodenheizung etc.) und sehr sauber. Dejligt hotel-lejlighed med alt hvad hjertet begærer. I gå-afstand fra Berlin Hbh (ca. 10-15 min.), overfor Naturkundemuseum, og med super muligheder for at komme ind til forskellige seværdigheder! Lejligheden er lys og rummelig med badeværelse (med badekar), anretterkøkken med gode muligheder for selv at tilberede lette måltider, og en godt værelse […] med sofa, seng og lille spiseplads. Efter lidt leden rundt efter check inn stedet, fik vi udleveret nøglerne og kom ind i vores lejlighed på 4 sal. Sjovt nok var stort set alt invetar fra ikea, men det var udmærket. Lejligheden var pænt rengjort og der var meget stille. Faktisk mødte vi kun en enkelt person inde under vores ophold. Det ligger utroligt centralt, 100 m til u-bahn og 5 min […] efter er du på friedrichsstrasse station, som ligger super centralt for alle seværdigheder. Selve invalidenstrasse er rimelig kedelig, dog ligger naturkunde museet med verdens største dinosaur skelet lige overfor. Kan absolut anbefales. Skaityti daugiau

Vi, et par i 30-årene, bodde på InnSight en helg i november. Hotellet passer bra om du liker å ordne deg selv, og ikke trenger roomservice, frokost eller daglig rengjøring. Det er mulig å få byttet håndklær underveis. Resepsjonen er i et annet bygg, like rundt hjørnet for hotellet, og de var svært imøtekommende. Vi fikk bl.a. en rabattkupong som vi […] eller venner kan bruke ved neste opphold på hotellet. Rommet var bra utstyrt (manglet bare brødkniv), gulvvarme i alle rom, bra trykk i dusjen. Det eneste vi har å trekke for er servicen ved utsjekk. Vi fikk beskjed om at siden alt var betalt på forhånd, kunne vi bare legge nøklene igjen i rommet, lukke døren og forlate rommet. Men da vi kom ned til utgangen, viste det seg at døren før vindfanget til utgangsdøren var låst, og kun lot seg åpne med nøkkelen vi hadde lagt igjen på rommet. Vi forsøkte å ringe resepsjonen, men kom kun til telefonsvarer. Heller ikke Hotels.com svarte på telefon. Det var ingen rømningsvei som vi kunne finne, og heller ikke opplyst noe nødnummer vi kunne ringe til. En lapp med slike telefonnummer kunne med fordel hengt i denne foajeen. Stressnivået var rimelig høyt siden vi skulle rekke et morgenfly, men vi fikk vekket en annen gjest som kunne låse oss ut. Så husk å sjekke at alle dører ut er åpne før du sjekker ut etter endt opphold og legger nøklene igjen på rommet. Skaityti daugiau

Estuvimos de coña en un bonito y acogedor apartamento con equipamento completo, muy limpio y bastante bien situado, en zona tranquila a 6 minutos de Hauptbahnhof (estación central) des de la que puedes ir en metro a toda la ciudad. Y tampoco esta lejos andando de muchos sitios. Calidad precio no está nada mal. La pega es que cuando haces la reserva […] no sabes exactamente donde ni como es el apartamento. I thought I had made an reservation for a hotel apartment.... It was not a hotel, but instead an ordinary flat. The information and the pictures in the web-pages gives you totally wrong impression of the location (block of flats) and the quality of the flat! The flat was clean, but very threadbar.
