Great service, caring welcome. The room was good and great value (I even got an upgrade from the single room I'd booked, whcih I really appreciated). The breakfast was excellent and the home-made bread and muffins made it extra special. The bedroom furniture and decoration was pleasantly old-fashioned and completely in keeping with the age of the house, […] making it a nice environment to be in and refreshingly different from the large hotel chains. I really enjoyed staying, the house is very clean and quirky!! The owners are attentive and do a mean breakfast, consisiting of Home baked cakes, bread and even preserves!!! Well worth a stay.

The second time we've stayed now, and they are obviously getting ready for the summer season, the new paint job and extra fittings look great with out taking away from the old features of the house! The host is welcoming and attentive, and breakfast is spot on! It's definitely where we stay when in that part of the country!

The Warwick was a clean, warm and comfortable place with a great breakfast full of options and quality. Around 20 minute walk down the coast to the Turner Gallery in one direction and (although we didn't make it that far) to Broadstairs in the other direction. We liked a walk into the old town rather than staying there as it gave us the option of a […] quiet walk along the cliff path and down onto the beach....despite the snow we had a fabulous time and are glad to have found a place so close to London for an inspiring and relaxing break. This is a converted Victorian terrace house, with no lifts and limited street parking. But the owners have decorated and maintained the place wonderfully, and the breakfast was better than I have had in much more prestigious hotels. Be aware that not all of the rooms are en-suite.

Very friendly and welcoming. Our top floor room was perfect with a gorgeous en suite bathroom........and a sea view. :-) Breakfast was excellent with a huge choice of options. Perfect for a pre-marathon stay.

My stay started badly because the agency did not inform me that check-in time is after 4pm. Once settled it was a delightful experience.

Very pleased with my stay here; a great welcome, comfortable bed, everything spotlessly clean and delicious home baking. I arrived a little early but was not made to feel a nuisance and was offered a cup of tea and some cake! Ideal place to stay. Impeccably clean and decorated. Big welcoming smiles all around and.....unbelievable breakfast. Never seen such a breakfast menu before, even in classy hotels! Well done both, you deserve to win!

I Stayed 1 night in the warwick guest house my room was in good dec order & clean bath room was in good clean order.The 2 guys are nice & friendly & i wood use them again when i haver Travel to margate in the near furture Thanks for a nice stay

Pas très agréable: toilettes sur le palier, petit coin salle de bain dans la chambre, literie très très molle, chambre encombrée de vieilleries poussièreuses.

Habitación limpia pero la queríamos con baño y lo que nos encontramos fue:una ducha y un lavabo pegados a la cama, y el W.C. fuera de la habitación. OJO!!! Cama INCOMODÍSIMA.
