Nice to have a friendly face greet you after a long day! The staff here, and most of all - the blond female bartender - really went the extra mile to make guests feel good. My only complaint: breakfast was listed as starting at 6:30am - but "hot breakfast" starts at 7am. We stayed here for the Elton John concert at Bridgestone. Everything at this hotel was great! I espcecially enjoyed the free popcorn and drinks, free happy hour with food and the free breakfast and the food was very good! Location was great. Convenient to downtown. Very clean. My kids loved the free breakfast in the mornings, they had lots of choices not just the usual cold muffin, and the afternoon popcorn was also a hit. We will definitely stay again the next time we visit the area.

Enjoyed the breakfast and the evening food. The pool is very nice being an indoor/outdoor pool. The hot tub is big and both were very busy over our trip. Everything is still nice in the lobby and hallways. We thought the room was a little small for the price.

Absolutely loved the free popcorn, small eats, and mixed drinks at 5:30 each day! The heated pool was perfect for the kids during cold, snowy weather. Wish the towels in the room were softer and thicker; not very absorbent or plush. Perfectly located near shops and restaurants. We would most definitely stay there again, and recommend to friends!

This beautiful, new hotel is simply awesome. The fit and finish of the room is very high quality. Beautiful marble tiled bathroom with wonderful showerhead. Comfy bed, delicious breakfast, happy hour with free drinks, and very friendly staff. 5 stars!

This was a great hotel! We were in town for a dog show and this was an awesome place for our short trip. The rooms were bigger than most and well-decorated. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and the service was great. We enjoyed having he convenience of the full breakfast and evening meal on site. The hotel location is great, close enough to downtown Nashville to enjoy opportunities in the city, but also in an area to enjoy the countryside around Franklin. Stay was just ok. Not enough elevators so wait times were very excessive. Don't chose a floor you can't do the stairs to get to and from otherwise you'll be having to change your plans to accommodate the elevator wait times. Furnishings in the room were on the cheap side. We stayed there for two nights, and it was great. The room was a good size, the bathroom was well designed and did not feel cramped. The hotel is clean and well kept. The breakfast was hot and well prepared, far more than the usual bagel and pastries. The evening Kickback was a meal in itself, not including the free drinks. The staff was friendly; we […] decided to leave a night early due to an approaching storm on our drive home, and the front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. The waitstaff was also friendly and extremely helpful. In the nearby shopping district, there is every store imaginable-both big national chains and smaller local shops. Wow, what a nice hotel and great addition to the Franklin community. We are locals and we always like to visit new businesses in the area. We decided to stay the night at the hotel for the full experience. We were very surprised at how many extras were included with our stay. We look forward to staying again and we highly recommend Drury!

This hotel cost a little more than the Hampton Inn type hotels, but the facilities and the service is far superior. We stayed there while visiting family during Christmas. The hotel was immaculate and the indoor outdoor pool was perfect for our grandchildren. New hotel with very comfortable beds and rooms. The breakfast was large and the usual fare. Short walk to Whole Foods, brew pub, and restaurants nearby. Very friendly front desk and very pet friendly. Will stay here again the next time we are in town.

It was great! Check in was so easy and smooth. We got 3 free drinks every night of our stay...each. The room was so clean and the bathrooms were amazing! We stay at Drury chain all the time. We've stayed in Baton Rouge, San Antonio, Birmingham, etc. (many on more than one occasion.) While all of the Drury chain stays we've had have been amazing, this was the best one by far. They were even more family friendly than previous ones, they not only had the standard Drury kickback & breakfast, they supplemented […] the menus with additional items. Also, their dining room & sitting areas were much more restaurant like. Their pool area was truly a family room with pets and everyone welcome! Their staff was so friendly & helpful as well.
