We had a wonderful night's sleep in a clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was ok but not great. Pricey for the area. Gas station and restaurant within walking distance.

I'm very picky about odors, clean, and quiet. This hotel met my expectations. The only complaint would be that the king mattress was too soft and springy. I would stay here again.

Clean and upper scale, much better than most other hotels in Gallup. Very good breakfast, service, and beautiful facility. I will be staying there again! Have stayed at other motels and this one is by far the best.

Although we had a really nice stay, there was no sign on the side of the road and the hotel was hidden in the back with very little signage to show where it was. It took us the longest time to find it, even though it was right in front of us. The workers also showed frustration with this, as they commented that many others had said the same thing.

Very nice clean hotel. I was very impressed with how clean it was. I wish it was closer to more restaurants but then it might be noisy.

This hotel was brand new and GORGEOUS!! It was an oasis in a desert of mediocre hotels. We were very pleasantly surprised and so happy there. I didnt realize that Holiday Inn Express Hotels were so nice, modern, and clean!!

I went there to fly my balloon over the Red Rocks in the park. It all went well and was loads of fun.

This was a new hotel so it was very nice. The only problem was trying to get into the parking lot. Street is no complete and you have to drive through other lots to get there. Confusing set up. Hope they fix it.

New hotel with spacious rooms. The only problem was finding a way to get into the lot; their sign was not up yet and since they are behind other hotels we had to try a couple of driveways before getting to the right one. Close to the interstate and next to Denny's for convenient early breakfast if you don't eat theirs.

we were met with professionalism and courtesy. this is the cleanest hotel i have ever stayed in: staff was brushing out the tracks on the elevator! luggage carts had been cleaned including the carpets. altho the location is between the interstate and railroad tracks, uninterrupted/undisturbed sleep. i can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

This is a nice new facility and the staff was very accommodating. Thomas(?) checked us in and helped us find a great place for dinner. Breakfast was good. Will stay here again if I ever get back to Gallup.

This hotel is only a few months old. The rooms are very nice and quiet, the staff was very helpful when we asked about things to do in the area, and they even have free cookies in the lobby at check-in.

Nice and new -- difficult to find if you're coming East bound on I 40, or from the north. Good breakfast, very quite.

hotel was in excellent condition the room was extremely clean, staff was pleasant to deal with, I would stay there again.
