This is a brand new hotel in an area that is currently under development. The access was easy and the construction noise was not an issue. I was greeted by a friendly staff and the best tasting, still warm cookies at check in. The rooms were very clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent everything! Staff was friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was delicious and lots of it! Would stay there again in a heart beat! Oh and the beds were very comfy!

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was excellent. The only complaint we had was the room wasn't as clean and supplied like we felt it could have been. Tub area not as clean as we would have liked. They missed adding the bag for ice, new washcloths. Not major but noticeable. Thanks for your friendly service.

I have to say that during our 8 day road trip across country this hotel was the cleanest and best maintained. The beds were super comfy also!

I thought the hotel was very nice. The price was awesome and the breakfast wae excellent. The pool area looked a little small but that did not concern me at all. We used the hot tub and we were the only people down there. Pool area was very clean.

Staff was welcoming, I had a very cozy comfortable sleep. It was quiet and a relaxing. I'd recommend anyone to stay here visiting minot. It is 2 minutes from the mall. We spent two nights at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the huge, soaker tub was a treat after a long day of shopping. Breakfast included plentiful hot and cold selections. Lots of tables to sit and enjoy your meal. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Minot.

This seemed like a brand new hotel. I was a little sketical because I had never heard of the name before, but it turned out to be a great place to stay. No frills, just a clean, good quality stay.

excellent hotel and staff for such a great price. The only disadvantages: not a ton of parking and the pool was pretty small. But the staff is very inviting along with the decor. The staff was extremely helpful & courteous. Actually, they were fun & relaxing. The complementary breakfast was great. It included omelettes and waffles, along with a good selection of fruit, cereals, beverages & yogurt. Everything was clean & there were lots of staff around ready to help. The king-sized bed room was a little on the small side but […] no big issue. The pool is small but worked well after a day on the town. Might not be entertaining to children. The hot-tub was good. There were lots of towels. There are no pool-side lounge chairs but several tables and chairs. The hotel is not too far from the Dakota Square Mall & other services. The staff were very friendly, the beds were super comfy and most of all, they enjoyed having our two labs stay... without an outrageous pet fee! Can't beat that! Our two dogs are our kids! It was so nice to have them included in our trip!

Rooms were smallish but nice. You sacrifice quantity for quality. Hotel was quiet. Tub was very deep. There was a pink something on the inside of the toilet lid. Breakfast was standard fare but far from the best I've had. Staff was efficient and friendly enough.

I have to say that the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I did find that the price of the hotel changed alot from booking online with Expedia and then extending our stay at the hotel itself. The price jumped alot booking through the hotel. Also have to comment that they are understaffed for evening and nights. Only having one […] clerk alone on this shift does not seem safe or fair. Friendly staff and one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at. They were even shampooing carpets in the rooms when we were there. Very impressed!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a bit busy due to the long weekend so the noise level was a bit much (with doors slamming, people talking loudly in next room, footfalls overhead, etc.) But, our room was clean, the staff were exceptional and our children loved the basketball net in the pool.
