This is a newer hotel. Our room was very clean, but still had the chemical smell of new carpet. Fortunately, the windows open, so you can get some fresh... air. There were some minor construction issues that might eventually cause a problem but did not interfere with our stay (bathtub faucet was loose, backsplash wasn't completely sealed). All of the staff members we encountered were very polite, cheerful, and friendly. I would also recommend that they make a change in the road signage and/or entrances because the turn to get into the hotel lot is abrupt and easily passed. Bring your own shampoo and soap, too. There was only soap in the bathroom and it smelled a bit like medicinal creams (Ben-Gay and the like). Because of the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the facilities, I would gladly stay there again, as it was a very good buy. With a few fixes, I could happily change to a higher rating.
