Apartments im Holländischen Viertel

Appartment welches wir gebucht haben stand nicht zu Verfügung, haben ein Ersatzappartment bekommen..Kann daher keinen Vergleich angeben.Nett war, wir haben eine Flasche Wein und Bier bekommen. Ich würde vorher klären, ob man das Appartment abdunkeln kann unseres hatte riesige Dachfenster..Ab dem zweiten Tag ging es dann langsam mit dem Schlafen. Rezeption war sehr freundlich. WLan ging erst nach Rückfrage bei der Rezeption. Appartment sehr interessant eingerichtet..Ansonsten haben wir uns gsnz wohl gefühlt.

At arrival at the given address: door locked, nobody there, no notes. After trying several tel.nrs. and ringing Expedia, we got contact with someone of the organisation. The message was: apartment is not available due to maintanance. We had to stay in another apartment for one night and move the next day to originally hired accommodation. This moving and all the fuss around it took us half a day of the three days we stayed in Potsdam. We were not informed in advance at all! The bedcover in this apartment had a tear of about 20cm. Although promised 2 sleeping rooms in the confirmation, the hired apartment had only 1 very cramped sleeping room and a sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed was of very, very bad quality. It was fold out when we arrived. After a terrible night of no sleeping we could not fold back the sofa bed. We discovered the original mattrass folded between bank and wall and another mattrass was put on the bed. So, apparently one was aware of the bad quality of the bedbottom. Again, no information about this. So we put the mattress on the ground the remaining nights and slept on the ground! Only one sofa in the seating area in this 4-person apartment. Kitchen: only 2 large pans, 1 baking pan, 1 oven dish. No microwave, no dishwasher, no spatula for the baking pan. Hall: damage shelve in wardrobe. Bathroom: hole in wall. No curtains, only till halfway plastic on window. Open waste basket, which is terrible for ladies using personal hygiene products. Etc.!

Der checkin und checkout war sehr mühsam. keiner sagte, dass die Rezeption woanders als das Appartment ist, beim checkout war ewig keiner erreichbar. nach 40 Minuten hat endlich jemand zurückgerufen. war dem Herren ziemlich egal, dass da Probleme hatten. Das Zimmer war wirklich schön und sauber, aber die Kommunikation war echt mies

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Potsdam, die zentrale Unterkunft hat einen grossen Beitrag dazu geleistet. Vielen Dank.

Sehr originelle Einrichtung, sehr gute Lage, ungünstig war, dass ein Schlafzimmer Durchgangszimmer zum einzigen Bad war

Die Einrichtung der kompletten Wohnung war witzig und frisch. Ideal für Kurzreisen. Bis auf die Spülung der Toilette war alles bestens.

schönes eingerichtet, tolle Gegend, man fühlt sich sich sehr wohl

Alles prima. Lage sehr gut, da Zentrums und in der Nähe der Potsdamer Sehenswürdigkeiten. Gute Verkehrsanbindung durch Bus und Bahn.

Der junge Mann am Empfang war super nett. Leider wurden wir von Expedia nicht unterrichtet, dass der Check in eine andere Adresse hat und dass unsere Buchung geändert wurde. Aber die Unterkunft war sehr schln und ich würde sie sofort weiter empfehlen.
