Very good experience I loved it
The entrance and lobby are very on-par with the Westin brand, however, the corridors and rooms are in great need of updating. While the room was comfortable overall, the furniture and carpet seemed quite worn. There were definitely old stains and tearing on the hardware. While my stay overall was pleasant, I am surprised that this property still holds the Westin name and is considered a 4-star hotel. It felt like a 3-star hotel and should have been priced as such. I have stayed at Westins all over the world; this was not the experience that I’ve grown to equate as synonymous with the Westin name. I do want to mention that the staff was great!
We are not satisfied with elevate service and parking.
The hotel itself is very cool~ glass elevator ride is awesome at night with amazinmg city views` front desk manager is amazing room cleanliness is substandard and needs to be adressed~ I notfied managen ment and they immediatky addressed the issue~ however in a global pandemic this i
On the site i read that the pool was newly renovated and open as well as on yelp..it was not. The room we stayed in was dusty, had a dental floss on the window sill and a salsa cap thrown in the corner of the room. I didn't complain, i did enjoy the view of the city. Since the pool was closed we went about the city and only spent the night. To get an adult beverage at night was difficult, the line was extremely long as well as getting coffee in the morning, same problem. I would say our stay was not bad but not great 50/50.. the only thing that was worth it was the view of the city.
Nice and Clean
Beautiful hotel, and well kept grounds. This is a huge hotel, and the amenities were very nice. Nothing really open in the hotel, food, etc., which I'm sure is due to the climate of the world currently. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was good but not what I expected when booking a suite... I booked a suite at $300 for one night... the pictures online when booking showed a nice jacuzzi tub, the tub was smaller then the one in my apartment. That was kind of disappointing because I booked it due to the pictures. Also, because of COVID I do not feel comfortable using a jacuzzi even if it was open. Also, the bed was sooooo hard!! My fiancé and I are still feeling back pain 5 days later. Overall the experience of LA was great but those things kind of set me off for booking the same hotel again... another thing, there was barely any options for food at the hotel. The place on the first floor by the lobby only offered pre-made salads and sandwiches at dinner time... With no food places to walk to in the vicinity... We finally decided to go to the “brewery” on the 4th floor. We were able to purchase food but it was mediocre for the price. We left on our departure date with no intention to return to this hotel.
There was a couple next door that would not be considerate and keep their noise level to a minimum amongst themselves! My bf and i heard them have intercourse all night long until almost 7am. I called and complained about it a few times and spoke to security when they came upto my floor but im not sure if they knocked or called the couple next door. I was asked if it would be okay to get moved to another room but i was already settled in for 2 nights and i didn't think it should've been us to be asked to switch instead they should've knocked on their door and asked them for the sake of others trying to sleep to keep their noise level at a minimum. They told me they were going to to to figure out what time they were checking out and would get back to me. That didn't happen, i had to go downstairs and ask that this matter be taken care of. The guy at the front desk said that there was no noise ongoing when they checked but i was literally outside with the 3 they sent up and they heard it as well so he asked me to wait in the lobby for them, but as soon as i was about to sit down he just told me to go to my room and they would meet me up there..no one came up, no one knocked on my door no one checked up on us! This is very unprofessional. Out of all the stays I've had here, more than a year to be exact, I never had anything like this happen. Ive always had a great stay, but this time it was really rough given the circumstances. The other room to the other side had loud music too
