Ramada by Wyndham Kamloops

We were asked, rudely, if we had chosen a “king” bed.. it was implied that maybe we weren’t together and had picked the wrong room. There was a hair on the wall in the shower (see attached pic, I’m blonde...), a toenail on the bathroom floor, this left me feeling kind of wiggy. The room we stayed in 3 weeks previously was fine, we picked the same exact room this time. There was no extra blanket or pillow just an empty bag in the closet, no chargers on the bedside table like last time, it just wasn’t great. We’ve stayed here a few times but will be looking elsewhere next stay.

Good spot, hotel is starting to get aged. Pet policy is different on hotels app fine print than it is in the hotel. There was a deposit and a fee when the website says there is only a deposit.

This is an older hotel and it shows. Comfy bed but well used bedding. Pillows need to be replaced very lumpy. Bath towels new and fluffy really nice. Our room was over the parking area and it was cold especially the floor. Place was clean.

When my husband's flight was delayed last minute I called the hotel, they told me to call Expedia. I called and they put me on hold to call the hotel. He said he spoke to Tanya at the front desk and that the reservation was now changed to the following night, which was what I asked for. My husband arrives at almost midnight so he couldn't call me as I was already asleep at home. The hotel ended up charging him for the night tellinghim that it wasn'tpaidforwhenI had paid in full. Now we'll be contacting our credit card companies to get the charges reversed. We won't stay here ever again, nor will we recommend this hotel to anyone. Check your credit card statements to make sure you don't get double charged like we did.

Nice location, essy parking and affordable prices

Located within walking distance of many restaurants and shops, easy access to bus transit system. Staff not very friendly ( i dealt with 3 different staff members and none of them ever smiled...

Its good but still look for your best options. Front desk was really friendly and check was really easy and quick.

I booked a room for a friend passing through town as they do not have a credit card. Due to covid the hotel would not allow check in as I had a local address of the hotel. The front staff were extremely rude.

Wonderful.

The shower and sink didn’t drain. Carpet was dirty.
