Fantastic hospitality and warm reception when we arrived. My brother and I were here for the conflict in 1971 that led to the birth of Bangladesh. The hotel staff learned of our living here and they greeted us so warmly and said welcome back as we arrived. Fantastic hotel and a very great value. The breakfast buffet is beyond description.

Check in was very quick. Excellent customer service. Mr Zakaria was very friendly, helpful and cooperative. The room was spacious, clean, well designed and well decorated, modern facilities, cozy bed. Food quality needs improvement. The only negative of this hotel is the lobby set up did not give me a vibe. The lobby is the FACE of the hotel as we always make a comment when see a man or woman face if he or she is pretty. Whoever did lobby design, set up or layout did consider the contemporary look.

The property is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable and well laid out. Gym abd outdoors pool are top notch as the buffet breakfast. People are all very kind and make you feel at home. I would have liked to see a more reasonably priced restaurant optiios though. Unless you want to dive again in the crazy Dhaka trafic after a day of visiting customers, you are pretty much obliged to eat in and €69 for a rib eye steak i foubd otvwas a bit pushy.
