I got the suite with the spa tub, nice and huge room. Clean and nice spa tub. Great deal for what you got! Very attentive, had a "minor" problem with the heating unit, within minutes a maintenance guy fixed it. I think it was Ken... thanks!

Check in was very pleasant and informative. Restaurant very clean and very good food. Great quality of food. All staff from desk and restaurant staff very pleasant and helpful.

We enjoyed the provate jacuzzi in our room. It was very quiet the room service and foos was 5 stars. The front desk check in was perfect and well informed. The only downfall was the cleanliness in rhe room it was ok. But i found a rice krispie wrapper behind the tv stand and the couch and the floor had a few stains on it. Other then that we loved our stay and plan to stay agin.

It is our second time staying this year. I was very impressed on our first stay. So I booked the premium single room with the view of the city again. We were put on a 2 double bed with the view of the outdoor pool this time. This room is older looking. I would suggest pay attention to the booking request please.

It was close to everything and everyone was very nice.

Very clean friendly close to the bridge, Canatara Park, a walk away from great restaurants and a lovey stroll along the water, will definitely stay here again.

Loved the size of the indoor pool. Bonus it is salt water. Very clean property, well maintained. During our stay, one wing Was under construction. The room was fine for our stay. Clean, nothing to complain about. We were ground level with a patio so that was nice when we needed to shake out our stuff from the beach. The washroom was outdated and very tight. But down the hall was a communal washroom that was large and very clean. So if my husband was using the washroom, I just went down the hall. Ice machine was always stocked. Tv remote to the tv was a bit slow, but we mostly spent time outside at the beach or checking out the sites so it wasn’t a big deal. Maybe the batteries need to be Changed? All in all, we had the double size beds x 2 in our room with a walk out garden view. Just me and my hubby so it was fine. We got a great deal on the room. Just the bathroom was very tight.

After my initial booking , that was done online and with debit Visa , which is an accepted method and considered to be the same as a regular visa ..however upon check in the lady at the desk, demanded a credit card he used on file...and insisted a fine print was noted online ... I spoke with gm and he granted permission to leave a cash deposit , which is hotel procedure at most establishments if visa debit or MasterCard is not permitted where as a cash deposit may be left in placement . I checked in with cash deposit. Then extended my stay online for a total of 6 nights. I checked out after that initial stay, And later had reason with extended work to extend my stay again . Where I was then told at front desk I could not and refused booking without a credit card. . One leniency which was then remanded in my opinion outweighs the discrimination I was treated with, And I won't be returning. I booked at another hotel with no issues and my visa debit and cash methods were both accepted. As a currency. Which they both are forms of, and should not be discriminated against . My stay was mediocre with no room services, cleaning or even a microwave. The website also noted satellite and pay chanels which also were not present , with outdated tvs. .
