London Marriott Hotel Marble Arch

Great spot and located with travel distance to all my business meetings and the sites.

I was listening to all rooms beside my room I couldn’t sleep in the first night I call reception and I complained about room beside my room?as they putting music and dancing all night and they send the security to them. Next day I told the reception to change my room and they apologize about what happened last night and they change the room .

Location is good except for construction across the street. Looks like it is almost done though.

Excellent check in experience by Benjamin England - extremely friendly and knowledgable about the area and was able to provide us with late checkout which was much appreciated. Hotel is about a 8 minute walk to Marble Arch station. The hotel is located in a densely populated Middle Eastern neighborhood and a result of that is that there are lot of Hookah bars and smoke one has to go thru to get to Marble Arch. Other side of the hotel is a nice clean upscale neighborhood but not close to the Tube. Although friendly can comfortable stay I would probably not stay at this particular Marriott location.

Stayed here with family for 2 nights Staff were outstanding, friendly, helpful really welcoming, made the stay very happy and relaxed for kids and grandkids. We were celebrating an award at Buckingham Palace and the staff celebrated with us, brilliant atmosphere- the mince pies and port was a splendid gift! Big thanks to Ralph the manager and the team Everything perfect. Breakfast superb, bar/lounge area family friendly and relaxed. Great location for Oxford Street, Winter Wonderland etc at acceptable price. Absolutely recommended

The Hotel was situated in walking distance (or bus) to many of the stores and Hyde Park for WinterWonderland

the location is good, but staff in the reception desk was very impolite an unprofessional! The staff in the restaurant in the morning was polite, but in the bar and in the reception one of the worse experience. They charged me a guaranty for 500 pounds extra and the guaranty is not turned back in my account yet without any reason. The fact that the hotel charged you a huge guaranty wasn't mentioned in the conditions of booking. Also from your room you can hear the noise when other guest open and closed their door. The 🛁 was extremely old and the toilet old in total. The gym was small as well. The only thing that was ok, was the bed! The area close to the hotel doesnt have much to do, except the fact that in a few min you can reach Oxford. The breakfast was the same for everyday. i never come back in this hotel and is a shame for marriot brand that had have its name to this hotel.

Thank you to the lovely staff who sent complimentary bottle as we explained a member of the party was celebrating a new job. Nice touch. Friendly staff clean good location
