Empress Premier Hotel

Very good , we are 3 of us , I ,my husband and our niece, this is our 1st trip her along, we very happy to stay here, everything very good , all the staff very friendly and always smile. And give us very good services, we really enjoyed ourself during our stay here. We stay here for 3 night, they provide shuttle service to airports and night market , and we also entitle a dinner from them with alot of surprise gift and also welcomed with flowers. Definitely will come back again to this hotel again if I have chance to Chiang Mai again.

Surprised us with expectations. Staff was warm, considerate and very responsive.

The staffs are friendly n personalizes. Hotel room are clean n tidy. There one night when we return back to our room after dinner found that the housekeeper took our room card out from our room without informing us. We call the reception twice to inform them that our card was being taken away. They said have inform the housekeeper to return back. Till the next morning we did not get back our card quite disappointed.

If you like peace and quiet, Empress is a great hotel. Unlike all the other big name hotels in Chiang Mai, it's Tucker an additional 100m or so away from a main road. That's the best thing about Empress. Otherwise, the overall neighborhood is on the older side and some distance away from the attractions. If you are a tourist, staying in the Nimmanhemin area is better -- overall closer proximity to key attractions. The hotel itself is a little on the older side. This includes the Premier wing, where we stayed. It's clean and quiet. I'm not sure if it's great value for money, but I enjoyed our stay and I would get a hotel in a different area if we ever went to Chiang Mai again.

Excellent personalized service from a great hotel and team. All staff were very helpful from the start. The location is outside the old city, however, it is very easy to get a Grab / tuk tuk. The security at the front gate also are very helpful to help grab any transport you require.

Hotel was clean, tidy and comfortable. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The complimentary New year eve dinner was a surprise and wonderful. The hotel price was reasonable too. Recommended.

Great welcome and easy check in, nice room with a very good space. Good variety of food for breakfast. Well Equipped GYM with very good swimming pool. Good location with 10 minutes walk to night Bazar.hotel provided complimentary transportation to airport.

Best staff ever: housekeeping, leadership, room, bar, restaurant, greeters, travel, everyone. Easy to book, but very hard to leave. If I could work remotely, I'd do it here. What a class place, great value--the breakfast is to die for--good location, and did I mention the great staff there? What a memorable stay...
