Right from the amenities to the services, everything was top! Extended our stay after reaching the property! That should say a lot!

The food was no tasty To improve it About the transfer from airport to hotel and back to do it free

The Hotel is great with many activities and restaurants for kids and Adults also many bars and snacks we has a great time Special thanks to Mojtaba guess assistant he always made sure that everything was perfect from reserving the restaurant and booking a car and ect.... also i thank the General manager of the Hotel Mr.Ortan Gokcan thar upgraded our room and made us feel special also Sadat in lunge bar he made us the best cocktails really great vacations thanks to Titanic Mardan palace team🙏🙏👍

Luxury hotel but the air condition not well and the cleanless of the room too.

Amazing hotel. There was nothing i did not like but i think they could provide iron and ironing board in each room. The shower floor is marble so very slippery. No instructions on how to use the shower and TV and not enough English channel's. Also would have liked some history on the hotel and entertainment events being held onsite. Service excellent food amazing and hotel out this world. Enjoyed our stay.

Amazing experience. Only downside was the air on in our room that was just not cooling the room well enough for the blistering hot weather in August.

My wife and four kids stayed for six nights. I have to say we loved it. The staff was very friendly. The property is super clean. We stayed in a family suite with two bathrooms and a big balcony facing the pool. The only thing that didn’t work well in the room was the AC and the bathroom floor. The AC was working but not cooling well. We managed by keeping the curtains down. The shower in the master bathroom was letting water go on the whole bathroom floor. The food was great. The buffet was huge with a lot of variety. There are several restaurants that you have to reserve for dinner. We only managed to get reservations for the Aqua and Hasir and they were both great. There are several snack bars that serve drinks, fruits and ice-cream all day long. The pools were amazing and very clean were a lot of cabanas to enjoy. We really enjoyed the Tini Mini Kids for our 8 and 3 years old kids. There were daily shows and different rooms for different age groups. There are daily activities like swimming lessons for kids, crossfit and TRX classes. My wife and oldest daughter spent nice time at the spa. There were also water activities like jet ski, parasail and others at the property for extra charge. We loved every moment and we are definitely coming back.

מלון מצויין, קצת לא מתוחזק. היה ריח רע בחדר מהשירותים, פניתי כמה פעמים שיסדרו את הונטה אך לא סידרו וגם לא החליפו חדר. האוכל מצטיין, חדרים יפים חוויה נהדרת. בכל אופן חוזרים לשם בכייף והנאה גדולה ממליצה בחום, זה המקום להרגיש מלך ומלכה

اعطونا غرفه غير جيده والحقائب تأخرت بالصعود والتنظيف والمني بار لم يدخلو الغرفه الأبعد الاتصال بالاستقبال والفعاليات الي عامليها ممله وغير جيده انصح بعدم تكرار هذا الفندق
