Room and staff where exceptional. Everyone staff member was friendly helpful and extremely personable.

Staff has very good customer services. Always stay here at this location. 💙

Wasn’t a bad stay, but there wasn’t anything particularly special about the place. You could tell it was a pretty old room, worn carpet, old appliances, tricky lamps to operate and disappointing water pressure. But it was far from intolerable. What bothers me about hotels in general during COVID-19, and this hotel was no exception, was that services like a real breakfast (not coffee and a cold bagel from behind the front desk) and daily maid service is no longer offered, which makes the stay less convenient and less value for your money, but the rates haven’t changed. Why should a consumer pay full price for a reduced service? The positive of this hotel was the friendly and accommodating staff attending the front desk. Overall the hotel fell within the parameters of my needs, but I probably could have done better if I had time to shop around. I would stay there again if no alternative was available, however.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite for the purpose of needing a kitchen. However, the microwave didn’t work at all. The hotel was clean but very worn and dated, my son described the hallways ( at least every other light was out) as looking like it was from a horror film). The worst part was the entire lobby had and overwhelming smell of weed smoking that was persistent and continual despite being next to a police station, also vagrants slept in the lobby at nights ostensibly with the front desk permission. We had a ten night stay and they on,y cleaned the room and changed the sheets once despite request. We won’t stay here again.

Confused on why we had to pay 15.00 dollars for parking ig we are staying at the hotel. Really. It's not like we could walk from New Jersey.

AC unit in room filthy. Last changed 10/14/2016 per sign off in room inside AC unit. Took pics of it too. Room very dusty. In this CORONA era, it’s very important to dust room thoroughly and change AC filter accordingly. Sorry but would not recommend.

rooms always feel stuffy & unsanitary.. sometimes i feel like they just look. through the room and if it looks clean they keep going and just make up the bed but in reality everything needs to get cleaned!!!! also old tissue rolls from the last quest should always b removed it’s corona going on ..

Great place. Plenty of room. Accounting charges us twice so be watchful. It was refunded after a call.

The hotel itself is nice and the people are very friendly and helpful. However, on the weekends, they put noisy partiers on the 2nd floor; I think they do this because there are not many people on that floor. I had been staying on the 2nd floor for a week or two, but could never sleep on the weekends because of the noisy parties and the staff couldn't (wouldn't) do anything about it. So, a nice place to stay and close to everything, but, if you are staying on a weekend and not a partier, make sure they don't give you a room on the 2nd floor.
