Comfort Inn & Suites

The pool was wonderful. We especially chose this hotel because of the pool and they were heated and good. Only thing was I had phoned and asked about pool but at desk they said it was closed for maintenance. I was upset as had phoned to check before. Then she phoned us and said we could use pool so not sure what was up with that.

We stayed in a room that was pet friendly for the night. We have an aging dog so i moved the chair from the corner wall so that he could jump on that and then the bed. When it was time for me to go to bed. I went around the chair and noticed some things on the floor in the corner, I turned the light on in this area to find that there were very large toe nail clippings hiding behind where the chair had been. We took a picture and sent it to the front desk. As this is Covid it makes me wonder how or even if the room had been sanitized. They charge an extra fee for a pet (which they waived) for us. but people sometimes make more of a mess than a pet. This was kind of grouse and disgusting.

Comfort Inn and Suites was a exceptionally clean quiet accommodating understanding kamloops hospitality business.... EXCEPT 1 night/evening staff nember. This male enployee for Comfort Inn ( Choice Hotels) Was rude, non accommodating. My wife was having surgery abd and date was delayed therefore we needed to extend our stay. He questioned me, was sending stsff to our room when i would leave to get post surgery items, staying mandatory room service waking my wife etc. COVID19 LAWS STATE NO ROOM SERVICE UNLESS REQUESTED. Housekeeper wiuld state we requested late cleaning.. ( NO WE DID NOT) I COULD LIST AND ELABORATE... but i eill just say all staff were AMAZING ...except 1 not so friendly, uncompassionate. And ignorant staff member. Comfirt Inn needs to do some housekeeping with un their ibternsl front desk staff. These people are the face of your franchised hospitality company.... 1 person can ruin all future business.... Other guest's staying had conversations with me that the experienced same treatment

We liked the pool. Our grandchildren had traveled a long time in the car and needed to be physically active! The hotel wasn't busy but that's because of Covid 19. We were disappointed that the slide wasn't in use. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating!

Everything was very good but the key to the room kept not working to get into the room

Staying in Kamloops for work so have been in many hotels. This is one of my preferred hotels. Room is comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly

Stayed inside except to get dinner. Stayed here years ago and loved it.

Comfortable and reasonable for an overnight. Stayed mid-week.

Good location. Close to restaurants and the highway. Pool was open so made this trip even better for the family. Overall good stay. Staff were friendly.
