The very accessible hotel

It was an amazing stay. The receptionist is very helpful and accommodating. We arrived early in the Hotel around 10 a.m. I requested for help to contact the telephone of the tour operator because we are schedule to go by 11 pm. The hotel staff readily facilitated resulting into smooth arrangement with our tour that day. Its okay for us to just deposit our luggage at the counter because we are going to go anyway but they allowed us to check-in at our room without additional cost. The hotel location was very conveniently located. Near to the bus station and subway. Restaurants, coffe shops, and malls were all over the area. Just outside the main door of the hotel. Well stay in hotel again.

The location is near to train station exit, walkable distance. Although the hotel is newly open, the mattress condition was bad. When we sleep on it, we can feel that the spring had spoiled already. Low quality mattress was used.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location was close to Myeongdong market and subway. The only thing is some cars can’t go all the way to the front of the hotel because of narrow street but overall it’s a excellent hotel😊

Clean room and location is great. Almost every is nearby. Very close to subway station. Staffs are very friendly. Breakfast was not perfect but it was okay.

Perfect location!

Great location. Central to everything in Seoul. Very close to bus, subway, and shopping! Very clean. Wish they would let us have 2 key cards to unlock room when we weren't together but otherwise good.

Property has just opened not long ago and second time staying here. First time in April they allowed me to early check in at 11am+ but now it has gotten greedy and requested for a fee of 30000won if I wanted to early check-in now (that was 10am+). So I waited till 1pm to check-in to avoid the fee. Their excuse was my room wasn’t ‘ready’ at that time, I’m Fine with that I can wait BUT why am I offered another available room Ready to check-in but had to pay 30000won?? Well, not rushing back, facilities was so-so but just don’t like the encounter I had.

We love the location as the hotel located in the Myeng-Dong Market and close with the subway exit. Bathroom so small
