Oakland Airport Executive Hotel

The carpet was filthy,Cigarette smoke hit you in the face as soon as you walk into the room an my brother I have asthma real bad couldn't breath both of us had to use inhalers and crack the sliding glass door you to make it thru the night damn near froze by doing that but at least we could breathe.I sprayed almost a whole bottle of disinfecting spray and wiped down every surface I will not ever stay here ever again,Shady looking ppl coming an going.

I changed rooms a few times all rooms the heater is not working so you can imagine in January how cold they can get in here and after switching rooms so many times I’m over it I’ll just stay here and try not to freeze

The light in the bathroom didn't work. They only put one set of towels in bathroom.

The hotel is slowly getting in need of repairs, carpet, furniture, paint. When it was the Red Lion things were kept in good shape. Sorry to say I will be looking for another hotel in the area.

I booked this hotel for my kids and grandkids on their way to visit us in Hawaii. The clerk at the front stayed in the back room for 15 minutes, saying I'll be right there... When he finally came out, he totally reeked of pot. Seems like it would have been better for him to get high in the back room, after helping paying customers. Not booking this place ever again

It was great until a loud party rolled in next door at 10:30 pm waking me up. Three calls later to the front desk and they relocated me to another room Basically I was thrown out of my room so they could party rather than the party being moved or thrown out so I could sleep. I’ve had better nights at the famous discount chain.

This hotel is terrible under new ownership. Too expensive for such low class !! Old and cheaply maintained. Would never recommend this place. Mattress was hard and very uncomfortable.

This hotel was horrible. Smelly, dirty, the headboard was gross - something was smeared on it. The staff when we checked in were not very welcoming and the amenities were poor. We were staying in the area for a week and left this location after one night for a different location that was so much better.

The corridors are not clean and smells of cigarettes smoke

I paid for a room for two people they gave me a room for one person. Only one face towel, the room was eh well more like a 2 star motel not a 3 star hotel.
