Days Inn by Wyndham Dalton

They were so mind to cha ge our room so we didnt have so far to walk.

Impressed with service under covid19 conditions; employees were friendly and clean oriented to minimize spread.

There is a miscommunication between employees after make a reservation we explained to one of the front desk employee that we are traveling from south Florida and we ask him to if was possible to do the check in a little early even if we have to pay a little extra for that we were willing to do so, and he said it’s ok around 12 (noon) so the day we arrived in the morning we stop to let them know and a lady In the front desk said it will be fine to check in around noon and our rooms is going to be 128 and 129 so we went to have breakfast and then we came back to the hotel around noon but we found a different lady (rude) on the front desk and she said that checking in a that time because it was only one housekeeper working that day and we told her that it was possible to clean a least one as soon as possible so we can go to take a shower and we were willing to wait On the parking lot until one of the room was clean and ready so after a few minutes she said that they have 2 rooms ready for us but they were different numbers. When we went to the rooms we saw two housekeeping ladies working on the hallways rooms then we walked into the rooms on the second floor 214 and 215 and the carpet was felty and one of the bathroom walls was stain like with black car grease so in total I was really disappointed with the service in the hotel and I don’t recommend this hotel. After stay in Dalton for a couple days we found out that there are better choices in Dalton for about the same money.

Very upset for the customer service

These were exterior rooms. The room we were in was dated and needed lamp replacement. The shower needed new caulking, the sink didn't flow right. If I wasn't so exhausted and traveling with kids, I would have looked for a different hotel. The sheets were clean and the lady at the front desk was nice.

I was in a smoking room. There was no ashtray. Baseboards, and walls were filthy. Dead cockroaches on the floor in the corner where the table is. Air conditioner worked, but sucked. The high setting barely blew. I personally, like it cold. Plus I hated the availability of the pool. That’s the main reason I purchased that room. I understand the restrictions because of this virus. But I thought they were a bit overboard. Especially when there were hardly anyone there using the pool. But that’s just my opinion. Who am I?
