Red Roof Inn Tucson South - Airport

I gotta get behind this hotel. It is on point..... Clean, Quiet, safety oriented, great staff. By far the best stay over and single night Experience ive had in a long list of hotels ive been in last 2 years. Enjoy!

There was no toilet paper in the room. When I asked at the office I was given 2 rolls. Parking lot was weird people walking around in the middle of the night, no security: They charged me double but they resolved the issue. I didn’t see employees wearing a mask: I don’t think they have a lot of COVID precautions

Don’t stay.

There were blood stains on the sheets so they moved me to a different room and there were urine stains in that bed!! So I slept in the chair .. not happy at all after a long flight from England! And they wouldn’t give any type of refund or not even a comp room at a different location I will never stay at that location ever again!!!

Horrible. Do t stay here. 25 min wait to check in just to find a neglected facility lacking basic maintenance and cleanliness. Awful. Dark parking lot.

Extremely noisy people next door who were smoking in their “non smoking” room. I could smell smoke in my room! And smoke alarm in my room looked broken! No housekeeping for 4 days in my room, same towels and sheets, overflowing trash outside my room with garbage smell coming in through the AC/heater unit! Train blowing horn every hour throughout the night! People outside my room late at night yelling and arguing. Message light on the phone was flashing when I checked in and I called the front desk and was told that it just does that so don’t worry about it!! I’m glad I don’t have epilepsy or that constant flashing light would have set me off! SO DISAPPOINTED with this hotel and the lack of service and curtesy that people have for their fellow travelers.

The dead bolt lock on our door did not work so we had to rely on just the safety latch. Our bed sheets had cigarette burns on them, and the bath tub still had women hair all around it. Ashley the night time front desk worker was very nice and helpful when our key did not want to work the first couple of times. There was security guards that would walk the parking lot during the night which was a nice thing for the cars. If we had to stay another night at the Red Roof i would only hope the next room was in better condition and i could give a better review.

Checked in and sheets were dirty. Called front desk to have them replaced for when we would come back late and they never did. Then from desk Dude Jayson said that the housekeeping only came once a week
