Hotel Albani Firenze

There was no WiFi in my room or in all the rooms on the 4th floor. They tried to send a technician but it was not fixed over my night’s stay. When I brought it up at the front desk. The lady didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. She just rudely said’ “Why don’t you just use the WiFi at the lobby?” This is so wrong. I paid for the WiFi service. It was included in my stay so I should hvae gotten a partial refund or at least a meal voucher for the inconvenience.

The location of the hotel was great. Walking distance to everything you’d want to see plus easy accessibility To trim station. The staff was very helpful and where great at restaurant recommendations.

Staff was rude. When I asked for walking directions to the market the guy at reception looked disgusting and mumbled and pointed. He could have cared less if I found the market or not. Fortunately a guy on the street was happy to tell me the way.

One would expect better rooms for the price tag. Hotel looks a bit outdated. Room was fine, kind of small though, bath clean and proper. Noise from other rooms though easily noticeable. Great location, near marketplace and train station ( less than 5 min walking distance)
