Novotel New York Times Square

Room was comfortable and clean with nice views of the Hudson. Breakfast was good but way over-priced, and the table turnover was slow and poorly managed. There were lines of people waiting to be seated at a buffet breakfast because the staff was not cleaning tables. Most of the computer games for kids in the lobby, which they make a big deal about in marketing materials, were not working and there was no effort made to fix them when we complained.

My friend and I visited NY to celebrate our birthday. While I was waiting for the room to be available I mentioned the event to the receptionist ( sorry can't remember her name). That evening we had a lovely surprise in our room. 2 cakes and a birthday card. Such a beautiful welcome! The restaurant menu need to be improved. Healthier options, like salads, soup, vegetarian options.

We were greatly pleased with Novotel. The location was superb and the view from our room was exactly what I’d hoped for. My wife really enjoyed that view and so did my son and I. Thanks to the desk staff for such a great room!

Rooms were a little dark and the bathroom walls could used a good wash down but they replaced towels and refreshed room upon request. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. absolutely cannot beat the location.

Needed a handicap access room for 3 people. All of the handicap rooms only have 1 king size bed. Usually a person who is handicap needs a companion bed. Bathrooms were very small.
