Marriott Orlando Downtown

Staff was super nice and check in and out was quick and easy my bathroom was definitely dirty but not in obvious spots Other than that was good stay was quiet to sleep and close to all the night life in downtown orlando

Our stay was okay. We checked in late and checked out early due to our schedule but there were multiple parties on our floor and we could hear doors slamming all night. Some suspicious activity seemed to be happening at the bar and there were SWAT team members in front of the hotel as we unloaded. We were never told there was a threat but with children, we were uneasy. The credit card that was supposed to be for incidentals ended up getting charged the whole expense of the stay, which luckily was fine but was not explained; the front desk only mentioned a $50 hold.

We greatly enjoyed the check in, Starbucks, clean room, and soaps. It was when we went to sleep that we found the walls thin (could hear the neighbors in their room ACROSS THE HALL?! Not that they were terribly loud, more as the say how thin the walls were/lack of soundproofing) and made it difficult to sleep. Had to put on rain sounds on my phone for the room to help.

This place is great but the front desk could use some training In customer service

Room was okay, but let me just say the noise is out of control. All night long all I oculus hear is was doors slamming and people having a good time. I tried calling on the hotel phone many times without anyone answering. Then finally called from my phone. They said they would send someone, but it was loud all night

Had to get a hotel due to last minute travel plans and hadn’t slept all night... accommodated early check in which was GREAT. Had some issues trying to call but once I got through they helped immediately!

It was not what we expected considering the Marriott brand. Bar/dining area was sub par.

Floors were dirty in our room. Other then that everything was great!

It was great stay overall. The only thing that was annoying was the parking. The parking garage was not connected to the hotel and there was no valet. Also, we had to pay use the parking garage every night.

Paid garage not mentioned. Sketchy area to leave car unattended.
