Real Inn Tijuana by Camino Real Hotels

The hotel was great but they had a parking issue, they have you parking two levels down but there is no valet or elevator down there we couldn’t get a bellman to help us with our luggage even though we were over 60

We have to remind them to give us towels for the room, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the room it was not clean. We supposed to get bottles as courtesy of the hotel, and we did not them.

Everything was well until we call the cleaning services late because we were sleeping and the cleaning staff told us to call them early next time because they had already their day scheduled, I mean I was in vacation mode, anyways that was sooo rude but I didn’t want to make a big deal since obviously they don’t know any better. The smell on the first floor was horrible too.

Stay at Real Inn was great. Don’t have many complaints as it was very centric, helpful staff, and clean. We had a Starbucks within the premises. An Oxxo right across the street as well as a mall plaza. A few breweries and only a few minutes Uber ride to major locations. Great location! Only comment is on their thin walls. You can hear cars, footsteps outside the room, and the elevator if near it. Other than that, the rest was good. Would recommend.

I have stayed in this hotel more than a dozen times and everything has bee just fine. But I had never stayed during the winter months or when the temperature has dropped below 50 Fahrenheit. Meaning that Igad only used the air co ditioi had never had to use the heating system.

My stay was okay, the people at the front desk need more training in customer service, they were nothing close to friendly or welcoming. The best service was from the bell boys, the room service people, and the maintenance man. I had the following issues The room’s heater didn’t work and they sent me a small potable heater which didn’t work as well. Needless to say my 12 year old daughter and I had four long cold nights. I was only able to shower once in four days because the hot water will only stay hot for a couple of minutes. I reported this and the maintenance man was nice enough to teach me a trick on how I could get hot water but the next day, I had the same issue. I was never offered to move to another room, as I stated the front desk people all seemed bothered, short-answered, and the least friendly. The noise was another issue, one can hear all traffic, ambulances, and even the loud drunk neighbors.

Really enjoyed our stay it was very clean and nice. Employees were friendly and helpful. There cafe is nice we enjoyed a delicious dessert and drinks. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the bed is comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.
