Amazing place, unique in many ways, superb service, loved it!

Beautiful hotel that was a converted convent. amazing location, great staff. The only suggestion that I have is that the bathrooms need to be upgraded.

Quinta Real is really taking good care to ensure guest safety. They carefully monitor each guest temperature each time anyone walks in to the hotel. With this historic hotel it is all about the little things. I loved the turn down treats which were unique every night. I brought back some flowers and they put them in water for me. When the shops would deliver items I ordered they were automatically brought up to my room or stored in their kitchen freezer. They are attentive and observant to every need without smothering their guests. Hands down , the best part was we showed up in the morning hoping to store our luggage there and they allowed us to check in 5 hours early. That was really appreciated after a long flight.

This stunning 16th century convent turned hotel is really an iconic choice to stay in Oaxaca City. In keeping with the historical status, rooms are small and somewhat dark, but the beds are very comfortable. The real attractions are the lush courtyard gardens and museum quality artworks. Plenty of shopping and dining within walking distance.

Excellent grounds, the hotel has great history it used to be a convent then a prison. Very peaceful. The bellboy Filiberto is extremely friendly and makes you feel at home. The rooms are small but it’s worth staying here. The restaurant is expensive compared to the rest of Oaxaca but food is delicious..Every time you wqlk in they check temperature and give you handsanitizer . Great preventive covid measures. Will stay here again. Lovely hotel.

Everything excellent, except for the poorly designed first steps in the flight of stairs that everyone must use. Each of the first 4 steps is 30% higher than it should be, so only very tall people can navigate them comfortably

Beautifully put together room inside an wonderfully preserved and thoughtfully restored 16th century convent. The grounds and gardens were beautiful and immaculately maintained. The staff were attentive, prompt, and courteous. The building itself would be worth visiting as a landmark - staying there was a wonderful experience.

She service was excellent, food was delicious, rooms very comfortable and very well kept. Very beautiful gardens and surroundings that envite a sense of seclusion. Overall a beautiful experience.
