Very good hotel. Good location, staff very friendly and helpfull.

Very clean and comfortable hotel, and perfect location for Xmas shopping. Only downside, the homeless people having a party until 3 in the morning outside Debenhams!

Great location for our trip

We spent a night here for our 2nd wedding anniversary and it was perfect. The location was great as it's just off Oxford Street, so worked well for us as we spent the day shopping and walked to Sexy Fish restaurant in the evening. The room was very big and had everything we needed and more. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The staff we friendly, polite and welcoming, and the check in/out was extremely easy. Excellent value for money. We would definitely stay here again!

Safe, clean & efficient. Good location

The stay here was excellent, location was perfect, room was a very good size, bed and shower were divine. Staff are very friendly and accomdating. The free WiFi was strong enough for my business calls and Netflix video streaming. The only thing I would have to pick at was the room felt a bit dusty, it wasn't visible but both my partner and I woke up with our dusty allergies aggravated (although this wouldn't stop us staying again as this hotel really is excellent)

Very happy with stay

Unfortunately I was transferred from another hotel in the same chain. This meant that I was further away from where I wanted to stay but the hotel staff were excellent at keeping me informed. Unfortunately some of the information of the booking re vouchers and inclusive breakfast was not passed on and needed to be renegotiated. This was not a problem as Maria was very helpful. The hotel was excellent although the restaurant was closed. My bathroom however had a cracked sink. The fire alarm went off at 3.00 a.m. The surrounding area has an elegance but be prepared to encounter large numbers of homeless asking for money in the surrounding streets. Most local restaurants closed and those that were open needed prebooking

Hotel was closed and didn’t notify me at all, only found out when we got there in the evening when it was to late to book another hotel, they said they were sorry and was going to look after us. And sent us in a taxi to another hotel. The room was ok put next to a fire exit with a bright light shinning in our room, dinner wasn’t great the wife found hairs in her dinner. We booked the hotel as we had meetings near by. Where we was at the other hotel we had to book cabs back and forth which cost me over £80 They didn’t look after us at all, Would never stay there again. You would think in these times businesses would be on there A game. Clearly not!!!
