Just a great stay from the service to the beautiful hotel. I will absolutely stay here again.

Due to COVID a real breakfast was not available However packaged cereals and breakfast bars were offered Also some bagels Could have done more with breakfast burritos or something more substantial Also coffee was not very good and lukewarm

This hotel is very new and clean. Unfortunately, however, it is still working out the “bugs”. For example, there was no soap in the bathroom—shocking given the current COVID-19 situation! There was shower gel in the shower, but no soap provided for washing your hands in the bathroom sink. Also, the Hotels.com description of the room said it was a “King bed with double sofa bed,” which I relied upon because our daughter was traveling with us. It was not; there was no sofa bed. There was only a couch, and it did not pull out. They had to provide an air mattress, which deflated halfway through the night, leaving my daughter without a proper bed to sleep on (thankfully she moved into her new apartment the next day). Also, when I asked them to make up our room, they did not. The sheets we’re still messed up and the towels were still dirty. I understand the COVID-19 concerns but the hotel policy (posted on the refrigerator) stated that rooms would be cleaned upon request, but this policy was not honored. Good points: well located, clean and the rooms are spacious and well appointed. We will return again to give it another try, but they really should work on the details.

We've stayed here pre Covid19 and loved it. This trip was ok, but not great. No soap, Kleenex or anything else in bathroom. No maid service. No breakfast, even though it said breakfast was included in booking.

Very friendly staff, very helpful and polite. The hotel was very well marked with social distance signs, staff all wearing mask. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Looked brand new! Clean, clean! Nice amenities too with sport court for the kids. Definitely recommend.
