$50 for parking so be prepared.

Well the Biltmore is a beautiful place Can't wait till pandemic is over to enjoy amenities again

The hotel and the parking garage were not connected to it felt strange to park and then have to take an elevator and walk across to the hotel and then up to the room. NOT IDEAL. Now the rooms... let’s start with the doors, all the doors in the hallways slam on their own... really loud! WHY?! Doors slamming all night and the walls are thin so you could hear every door that opens and slams shut. The doors in the rooms squeak so loud... ever heard of DW40? The loudest squeaks ever. The temperature out side was nice and warm but so was the room... try turning on the “AC” and it won’t make a difference. Felt like it was 75 in the room, it wouldn’t go any lower. The beds are hard shit... might as well sleep on the floor. And where was the valets? Over priced forsure

At all hours of the you could hear loud noises from people in the hallway housekeeping never came once until I asked and all the hidden fees are why I’m never going back to this hotel

Great place is has a lot of history love staying there

The stay was pleasant and wonderful. However they do not have rooms with windows that open. So no fresh air in any of the rooms. Recycled air only. I had a problem with one of the heaters in one room. It kept blowing warm air and instead of having someone come in and trying to fix during covid times, Ed, the nice gentlemen at the front desk helped us move rooms which still did not have working a/c but at least it did not blow hot air constantly.

I was terrified to stay here after finding out it was a haunted hotel... beds were hard bathroom tiny I didn’t get any sleep here and would have never stayed had they told me from the beginning about the history and haunted stories and sightings in the hotel...

Second time staying here. Great LA hotel. I just don't understand the $25 fee.

Such a beautiful hotel with a rich history. It’s sad that all of it is closed off. I had a good stay with one exception. They charge a $25 escort fee that is supposed to cover WiFi, use of gym, pool and other amenities. I don’t mind paying it, but they didn’t charge me the first day, taking a $50 deposit instead, so when I paid a second day and they charged me $25, the service person I spoke to was rude when I tried to understand their methodology for doing it the way they did. All I know is I was charged an extra $75 and have yet to receive $25 back.

When we arrived to the property we were informed that the front desk worker had canceled our stay, because she didn’t think we were going to come in for our reservation, even though we still had 2 hours before she should have canceled it. So we arrive, and it takes over 30 minutes to get our room, and to top it off, the lady expressed that she was upgrading us so at first I figured it was going to be a good thing. When I arrived to the assigned room it was clearly used and someone was renting the room. The tv was on the loudest setting, there was trash everywhere and food every where. So I had to proceed to go back to speak with the front desk after a long trip. She managed to give us another room but didn’t seem to care that she initially gave us a used room
