Hotel was great location, staff very welcoming.
Super clean and very fancy! Had two TVs in the room and super huge bathroom! Definitely will stay again!
I loved the location, that there was much to do and a lot of restaurants close by. The hotel is new and had tons of great reviews but my experience was not that wonderful. Once we arrived into our room we seen what looked to be drawings from the previous guest (we just assumed they weren’t seen when the room was cleaned). Then we noticed left over milk in the fridge. The sheets appeared to be fresh. Then I went to use the restroom and found what was left in the toilet after someone had a bowel movement. There was feces in the toilet as well as the toilet seat. After that I decided there was no way this room was properly cleaned. I went to the front desk and the gentleman working was honestly rude. He did offer for housekeeping to come clean the toilet but my worry was if the toilet was cleaned how can I trust that the rest of the room was cleaned/sanitized properly? After going back and fourth he offered my money back or another room and I was honestly happy to stay and get another room. So we did. We ended up realizing after we went to dinner that our door would not lock. You could push it right open and we did not feel safe sleeping in there with our children. We again, called the front desk and could tell we were being “those annoying guest”. So they moved us to another room which was great. I will say the receptionist was not wearing mask properly and as we were checking out we seen 2 maids not even wearing one. They are not following proper CDC recommendations/guidelines
Was ok had to wait 5 min to get assistance to get checked in. First time ever in my travels usually there is someone to greet when entering an establishment. The room is nice but been in better rooms I’ll stay somewhere else when I visit again.
This was a great price. Good location. Staff was friendly. I would definitely come here again.
Great place to stay. Breakfast was decent considering covid restrictions. Not much sound proofing between floors and walls.. newer facility so in good repair!
Poor quality can hear anyone going down the hall, dogs parking and doors shutting. The person who checked me in wore a mask that didn’t cover their nose or mouth. Dog poop everywhere and ants in the room. First and last time going to a La Quinta.
Everything was great except the guy that worked the front desk very very rude an short I was not pleased .
The stay was great. Everything was clean and in good condition. The amenities were good and the price was excellent!
Receptionist was close to cold. No smiles. Just checked me in. No friendly greeting. Maybe I’m just spoiled. She was in no mood. Room was ok until my room started smelling like food.... i mean, FOOD!!!! I asked to be moved. I was working and my bed, my clothes, my hair smelled like food! The evening receptionist was very kind and accommodating. He was very helpful too. Kudos to him. I forgot to ask his name. Upon checking out, the guy, I think he was the manager kept getting my name wrong and can’t find me in their system despite me spelling my name out. I observed that there were no hand sanitizers around. They don’t wear mask at all times since they are in common areas. Overall it is good for short stay.
