Great staff, awful facilities.

Despite the great prices and no additional fees for pets I was extremely disappointed with the condition of this hotel. There were two double beds in my room and each bed only had 2 very flat pillows and the beds were so hard and uncomfortable I was unable to sleep without pain on whatever side I fell asleep on. The only trash can in the room had a bag in it, but under the bag it was a moldy and filthy trashcan that would benefit from being washed out. The toilet leaked the entire time I was there and the tub was stopped up so that every time I showered the tub would fill up. Every morning I would walk my dog and need to go to the office to get my room key fixed because it stopped working every day. The staff was excellent, friendly and always offering any assistance I needed, but the condition of the rooms, the beds, and bathrooms were severely lacking. In addition to the terrible facilities the power cut off every night at least once or twice with no explanation and the internet never worked. I would have preferred to sleep in the office chair that was in the room, but it was so rusted and stuck under the desk that I was unable to pull it out and the rust made me worry I might need a tetanus shot after. Had my daughter been with me instead with her family I would have never stayed a single night in the hotel even if it meant paying for two hotels.

Nice and clean

This is a nice and clean hotel, however the bedspreads have holes in them.

I chose a nonsmoking room because I’m pregnant and I was placed in a room where cigarette smoke was flowing through my room from the bathroom. It was horrific. I had to sleep with the bathroom door shut and with my head under the covers. The next day all my medical scrubs smelled like smoke. Very disappointing experience. Wont stay there again.

Clean but Not Clean???

Supposedly a Deluxe Room. But it was very inexpensive so expectations were not real high. Pealing pain in tub and shower not attractive but appeared clean so not to bad. Room 10. Large Mold spot just behind the toilet tank bowl was what made the room bad. So obvious why would anyone think it was okay to leave mold there like that.

I didn’t expect this hotel to be the Ritz and I’ve stayed in several Red Roof Inns... but this property needs some maintenance help. The smoke detector had been removed from the room, the tub surface was peeling and the shower head sprayed everywhere. The room itself was only marginally clean.
