Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa (SG Clean)

We had a family Staycation in Villa 1 Au Jardin. Property was showing it’s age and the exterior furnishings and villa pool were not well maintained. The pool water had lots of sediment which were kicked up after a few laps. Service was also lacklustre perhaps due to undermanning due to the pandemic.

Perfect staycation getaway! Picturesque location, superb room, pleasant service, great food & relaxing spa. Bliss!

Not quite as quality as I hoped for with the price and i think they should lower the spa cost for hotel guests, they’d get so much more business!

They wasn’t very polite to us comparing with some other European customers, working in services industry especially hotel line, shouldn’t be like this, only Malay staffs were polite and caring for us. Very disappointed.

The stay at Sofitel Sentosa Resort & Spa was awesome and the atmosphere did give Bali vibes as what other reviews mentioned before. We would stay again longer to enjoy the facilities more such as trying out the Spa. Definitely a place to come and experience a resort far from the city vibes.

Great staycation with a decent sized room. The pool is great and the hotel is in a great location.

we stayed, in a 2bedroom villa and it was spacious but needs improvement in service and cleaniness. the hotel needs. upkeeping, proper cleaning, fumigating due to mozzies and faster service/trained staff.

Advertised as luxurious. Nothing luxurious about it for the price. I would rate it about 3 only.

The breakfast was instant food you can buy from the supermarket, and the hotel's staff seemed to be visibly annoyed every time we try to ask any question. The hotel itself is decently renovated and comfortable, but the service of the staff is down right terrible. So don't expect much from them.

Un séjour globalement très agréable et reposant dans un fort joli cadre. La chambre était spacieuse et vraiment confortable, la piscine était superbe. Cependant, le ménage était à moitié fait (nourriture oubliée dans le frigo), le service était très désorganisé et l'un des serveurs au bar central était peu aimable.
