Nice end clean hotel for the price. Area felt safe.

Room was clean but one of the noisest hotels we have ever stayed at. There was a Christmas party in the lobby and people everywhere, which we did not expect. I'm not frin Indiana so I understand each state has different regulations but was still shocked by the party during Covid.

Unfortunately we had a number of issues the elevator broke twice while we were in it our heater didn’t work they fixed that the bathroom toilet clogged and they couldn’t fix it. Nothing was offered to offset the issues in any way.

We stayed at La Quinta the night before Thanksgiving. We had called ahead to check on whether the indoor pool would be open. (We were traveling with our family of 9. The pool time was an important family event for us!) We were told it was. When we arrived, we found the pool not only open, but very warm! My experience tells me that someone had made sure the pool temp was turned up. Additionally, the hotel manager, who happened to be working for a portion of our stay there, was also very sweet and accommodating. This made for a wonderful little family trip, when so much is closed and shut down for families while traveling.

Hotel is updated and very comfortable. Ben at the front desk accommodated all of my needs and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. Would definitely return!

The staff was very courteous and friendly. The room was very neat and clean. My only complaint was being awaken at 5am by barking dogs. When I called the desk numerous times it was busy. They finally stopped and started up again at 6am. When I complained later when I went through the lobby, I was told they don’t allow dogs on the 3rd floor. Other then the 2 barkers that morning I had seen a large dog on the 3rd floor when we checked in. Overall I would stay there again. The chances of barking dogs at 5am again is rather slim.

There were stains all over the floor in the room. There were also a few small stains on the bed covers. Loud neighbor adjacent to us watched tv at top volume all through the night. The walls were very THIN. We packed up and left at 3am.

Hotel was easily accessible from the interstate. Our room was comfortable and clean and it was nice not to have to pay extra for our dog. My only complaint is that there were several lights in the hallway that were flickering and needed changed, but we would consider staying there again.

The stay was great. We were woke up by a crying kid and then two hours later the cops searching for the same kid but that’s not the hotels fault
