This is a new building, and is still finishing construction - however we never heard any construction noise which was nice. It's a simple place away from the bustle of the beach resorts, so you'll need a car rental. It's clean, the staff was always pleasant & helpful. The pool, volley ball net, and BBQ were finished - we dipped into the pool a few times, but mostly took off for the day. The kitchens are well equipped. We loved our stay here & have already booked for next year.

I had such an amazing time! Right in Noord, 22 mins from the Airkok national park, 5 mins from Palm and eagle beach. The old conchu was the best restaurant and it was 6 mins away! Thank you Aruba Life! You will be seeing us soon!

Brand new complex with spacious apartment and big swimming pool - just 10 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes walk to the beach

Location, kitchen, relaxing and quiet. Clean and well maintained. Property is an apartment complex. Suitable for business travels. Does not have on site restaurant or shopping. But the inhouse kitchen was prefect for preparing meals. Pools is awesome also. Scenic and ambient

Great place to stay
Hotel has everything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had laundry in our room and could walk out to the pool. The staff were helpful and friendly. It’s a few minutes drive to the main Palm Beach strip (probably a 20 minute walk). Our only concern is that the patio gets slippery when wet (and with 3 kids keeping it dry was a struggle). Excellent place to stay.

The property is new and well maintained. The staff was both friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. Very conveniently located. Only 5 minutes from the beach, food and area where people walk around looking at the sights. The only negative I can say is that the hot water in the shower doesn’t last long. Management said they are aware of this issue and plan on installing larger hot water tanks. Added to this is the very affordable price. Definitely my “go-too” when I return next year.
