Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Houston North/Cypress Station

room was ok, we requested a sofa bed, it was put in our room, but not set up. could not find a place to set due to room was very tight, we had to move things around in order to set a sofa bed. had to remove a table to make room to set up a sofa bed by ourselves.

The hotel smelled clean from the moment you walked in. The rooms were clean and the service was outstanding. Staff was friendly and helpful with any questions. The buffet breakfast and indoor pool was a bonus.

The room was nice. We had an issue with the lights and the tub stopper and it was fixed promptly. Our only complaint is that we had to ask multiple times at the beginning of the week for any housekeeping and we needed the trash taken out. We'd been there four days when a more was left for them. They hadn't knocked or anything and we were told they may not come in if we were in the room. We had to work so we were in the hotel most of the time. Breakfast was good, the hotel was clean and everyone was very friendly.

The toilet was leaking and it the facility was loud. The service was not so good.

I drove 17 hours to get to Texas. When I arrived, Eric was very very very pleasant. He gave me a room in the first floor which is what I wanted. I was with my family. We were exhausted. He had water waited for all of us after he gave me the keys to my room. The room was clean so is the hotel. Next time i am in Houston i will go back to the hotel.
