I was pleasantly surprised with the room and the hotel. It seemed to be newly remodeled. I really liked the shower and water pressure. I also liked that you didn't hear people above us or a lot from people walking in the hall. They had a pool, it wasn't huge but it worked for the kids to play in and cool off from the heat. The breakfast they offered was decent. When we checked in the computers were down, so they had to do everything manually, which was fine. After we checked out I looked at my back account and saw that we were charged twice for the stay. I was able to contact the staff and went in to get it straightened out. It was a result from the computer being down and they voided the second charge. If I had to go to Phoenix again I would stay here.
Horrifying experience. I called on my last day to extend one more night. I was rudely told to come to the front desk immediately. It was only 11:00am and so I still had an hour before check out. I thought I had done something wrong. I did not rush down there and even doubted my choice to stay. At 12:20 2 people came to my door forcing me to leave right then. I asked what I had done wrong. They had no answer other than I did not come to the front desk as I was told.

Front desk staff was very rude from the moment we came to check in and then when we called to ask for more necessities they were friendly at all about giving us them. Very rude over all but the rooms were decorated very nicely.
