Good experience. The room seems to be dated compared to the price paid.

Upgrade to balcony was not worth the price. All rooms have doors that open and the balcony was small and dark. Hotel could use some updating. No coffee in the room or available in lobby, only option was the restaurants and Starbucks. Nice hotel but balcony room upgrade price and resort fees made it a poor value.

The resort was great. Stayed for my daughter’s dance competition so couldn’t explore much in the resort. Service was great. Staff friendly and attentive. The only complaint is as follows. We stayed in the same tower as the registration. They also have a casino in the same building. We could smell cigarette smoke in the bathroom.

This is a so so hotel the rooms are outdated but clean and simple. They do not tell you the spa is closed due to COVID. Any restaurants they have, that are open (2 of them), you are required to make a reservation to eat there. This stay was nothing like a stay in Vegas. They have room service but it does not start until 11 am.

There wasn't alot of food options I guess it's due to covid. Small area were you could purchase snacks or drinks be great.

The checkin process was very easy and we looked forward to staying at the hotel. As the week went on things changed. The valet guys were great that was good. I noticed that our room had been cleaned; however, I noticed a dirty Kleenex underneath one of the chairs in the room? Very disheartening. We had the last 2 nights some people staying next door that were partying until 2 am, when we called the front desk it stopped for awhile. Pretty sad when it’s loud enough to shake the adjoining wall. We were surprised as this hotels nowhere near the strip in Las Vegas.? Sadly this made our final days there unpleasant. I will have to rethink staying there in the future.

Very comfortable and spacious room. Facilities were very clean and orderly, especially given Covid. I would definitely stay there again...probably my favorite hotel in Vegas, and I travel there a lot for business and family.

I had a small bachelor party and got kicked out in less than an hour and a half. Meanwhile there was a kids birthday across the hall louder than us that got to stay. Waste of 350$ would NEVER recommend them again covid or no covid this place is a joke.

Bed was not as comfortable as I expected. Also the plumbing in the shower was showing it’s age and has a high pitch sound/vibration when turned on.
